    Hi NeoTechnomad,

    Thanks for your reply. I did go into
    Dashboard, going to Appearance > Customize > Customize Layout > Page and uncheck “Display Featured Image”
    like you suggested, but found that ‘Display Featured Image’ was already unchecked.
    I then tried making a dummy page to test if a new page would still have the same problem and it does. So, I’m a bit stuck.
