It is the pro version that I bought and have given you all the nessacery information to solve the problems on this url https://www.Dume.com.ng and your reffered me to open a support ticket in respect to that which I did for up to one month now but got no replies.

You are funny, Your search bar @ the right side bar is a WordPress search bar not Woo-Commerce so remove the WordPress that and impalement Woo- Commerce product search bar i think that will solve your problem ok

Did you post the product as a word press post or you added it as a product using the add products menu under woo commerce?, i believe that your problem is that you added the product as a post in your site. Try using
add product under the product menu i believe thank you
