I’ve deactivated and reactivated a number of plugins, and it remains… then I began to test it against the default WP and BP themes, and it disappeared. It seems the contact form only appears when an Elegant Theme is applied.

I am a paying customer who purchased Business Pro after the experience with Business Lite, and stand by my rating.

Your fix solved the problem. Apache was not set to call the WordPress index.php files. The install now works fine.

Update:

The s2Member team has resolved this bug and it works perfectly.

Currently there is an incompatibility with s2Member Pro and BP Disable Activation.

The BP Disable Activation plugin is not required as s2Member Pro has a tool to allow users to create their own password during registration. When that is toggled to YES, users are able to immediately log in.

s2Member and it’s Pro version is an excellent plugin, it has excellent support, and I highly recommend s2Member Pro.

It’s working fine now, and I did nothing other than wait.

Because of the way this happened, I believe that not all of the new scripts fully propagated through my GoDaddy server (I used GoDaddy’s automatic install).

This is solved (for me).
