The screenshot is just an old one so don’t worry about that, also that setting is blanked out because you have not set the above question (“Prevent caching e.g. by WP Super Cache”) to yes – it isn’t the reason you are not getting anything.

Have you setup a Consumer Key and Secret? If not please follow the instructions here:

If so please can you check your error_log for errors and let me know what it says.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you – I have a very busy work life and respond to people when I can, but sometimes it takes a few days, at least. I’m a little confused by your comment around buying a professional plugin; you have not bought ThinkTwit, I do not earn money from it, I do not owe you any support. All of the work I do and all of the support I give is for free and if people wish to donate to give something back to me then that is of their own choice.

I have helped a number of people with ThinkTwit and just with other WordPress related issues and I have never charged anything; I do it out of the kindness of my heart and some people have decided to donate to me. You should respect open source contributors like myself and not criticise them because you are not happy with your free product.

Now, if we can get on to your issue I would (still) be happy to help.

Please can you check your error log which should be in the route of your site and let me know if you have any errors in there? This might indicate the issue. It would also be useful if you can give me all of the settings that you have used so that I can see if I can replicate the issue – if you need to you can contact my via my E-mail webform and we can’t start an E-mail thread going which may make it easier to debug your issue – you can access that at thepicketts.org/contact.

Please can you first of all just try using the widget and with a Twitter handle that you know has regular tweets? Once you have confirmed you have an output then we can start debugging your shortcode issue.

ThinkTwit does not currently support multi-site. It is on my list of future improvements but I do not have an ETA for it currently.
