no problem, i have downloaded the plugin and will give it a test over the next few days, just need my customer to give me his email password so i can remove the smtp plugin and try this one… ??
Hi, thanks for the quick reply, i added a smtp plugin and everything works now, not very techie, but sending now from a smtp mailbox seems to have fixed it, just weird how it’s always worked for years and years… ??
Sorry, it does work if the sites are showing as not connected, but for the sites that are showing as connected, you have to remove the site and add it again… ??
Hi, unfortunately, this does not work, you have to remove the site and add it again, just deactivating and reactivating does not make the dashboard jump to the admin (logged in), so i’m doing each one by one, unless i’m doing something wrong… ??
Note! This happened on 153 out of 231 of my websites, where my websites are hosted across 6 different hosting companies, so would assume a plugin bug. BUT ALSO CHECK, since the update, on sites that say are connected, when you click the “Jump to site admin” link, the website opens up, but NOT logged in, has anyone else have this issue?
Deactivating the child plugin and activating it then reconnecting on the main dashboard seems to fix the issue though… ??Update… Hi, i thought i’d just pop this here. I have now experienced the issue across all my hosting providers, but not all websites, but most of them. Since the latest update some websites show as connected, but most as disconnected. The ones that are connected, not all of them will open up the website in the admin area.
To fix you have to disable the child plugin, re-enable the child plugin, reconnect on the main dashboard, so it seems it was not my host updating the servers as it’s happened across 6 different hosts i use.
I see in other support posts others are having the same issue, i’ll leave all my sites for now incase a fix can sort it, otherwise in time i will just update every site (hope i don’t have to do this again though, it’s gonna take ages).
Fantastic plugin though!!!!!
UPDATE!
For the websites with issues they all use the same hosting company, but after checking, not all websites have the issue. I have just done a sync and the ones that show as connected all login fine from the single click, but some now show as disconnected, but are on the same server.. HOWEVER, i have just seen the message below as a status update from IONOS, so assuming it will clear once they have completed updating, i will repost here the conclusion, any advice would be appreciated though… ??In progress

Resolved, i spoke to my host and they said they block China unless asked not too because of the amount of malicious traffic, so all sorted, thank you for all your help… ??
Hi, i did the filter thing and one entry came up, which was when the person in China tried to access the site, but the error log shows nothing other than they were trying to access just the website, just https://cozynsafe.com, so it says it is being blocked for known malicious user agents still, not sure where i go from here, any suggestions? ??

ah, i think i understand, so what i copied and pasted from the live traffic report may not have been the actual time that the user got blocked, as what you exxplained, this was probably not an actual user, so i have had a quick look through the report and found this block, which looks like a genuine attempt to see the website, would it be possible for you to have a quick look to see if anything jumps out as to why the genuine user gets blocked?
Again, i really appreciate the help, hopefully it will become clear what the issue is, the error is below:

Thank you, but i never allowed these as i thought it would not be a good idea, but could you explain in simple terms what a user agent is please. The person in Singapore that is trying to see my website is a genuine user, but keeps getting the 403 error but like i say, they are a genuine user who works for the UK company, but they are based in Singapore, so when the person is trying to access the website, what are they using that keeps getting them blocked?
Appreciate your help as i’m trying to help my customer get his employees in other countries to access the website, thank you in advance… ??

It was my customer who asked me as it’s their website, but i’m not too worries as who uses incognito mode generally anyway lol.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] No stock showing in incognito window since 5.8.0Hiya, i checked yesterday and the stock was available, but one product was purchased today and the stock has decreased on a normal window in chrome, but incognito the stock had not gone down, it has now, a few hours later, but as incognito does not use cache, i was confused why it always is behind what the website shows in a normal chrome window, just wondered if there was anything specific that you guys know about with incognito windows?
