I’m not sure what you mean. It opens up a blank tab that has this in the url: about:blank

Mine is not working either. A new tab opens up and nothing downloads.

The URL looks like this
https://(MYSITESURL)/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wp_admin_ui_export&exports_and_reports_download=1&_wpnonce=a4af91fc78&exports_and_reports_export=user_table_11-08-2018_15-24-32_Pqi9E.xlsx

Even when I paste that into my browser directly, no file comes up.

Odd, for some reason, there is not an email Notifications tab or option under Settings > Forums.
