Hello @caracole,

The most common cases for a campaign to keep appearing when you’ve disabled it are:
- Ensure the campaign is unpublished under FireBox > Campaigns.
- Your site has a caching plugin enabled, in this case please clear it.
- Your server has server caching enabled such as OPCache, try clearing it as well.
Then re-try loading your site, and the sticky bar should be hidden.

PS: If you’re using a caching plugin or server-side caching (OPCache), you should clear them whenever you make “big” changes to your site to ensure it’s up to date.
