Hello. For the part you do not understand… Do you have a “dedicatd” Linux server software that protects the “entire” dedicated server… verses.. a plugin for each site in wordpress?

So, I guess the problem remains that the plugins to not work together and there is no resolve.. something will have to give.

And, I have several licenses for some six to eight domains and was counting on the harmony of the plugins..

Now? I have to begin to look at alternatives… unless…the is a resolve.

Ok..just to compare form a newbie stand point. Check out the regions of the Business Directory plugin…

You can associate Country as the parent. Then you can get as many children below it as you want. For example..

State,
County,
City,
Name of community
A “spot” in those listed above with some name…

Why can we not have

Sports Events as a Parent, then all the events we want below it

I am frustrated at the set up of Categories. From both the setup in the backend and for users “searching” for events. The tutorials do not put a lot of weight on how to set up Parent Categories…
If we had several hundreds of event categories it would make the Category page look hmmm I will save the word.
You would thing that there could be some kind “types” of walk through examples of simple, moderate and advanced ways of using this plugin.

So far it has been a complete dissapointment in trying to find solutions. I would at this point have to give it two thumbs down.

I just migrated the sites to a new host.

All propogation of dns is resolved.

Installation of the Newtwork went well.. including copying the sunrise.php to the wp-content folder.

I have dedicated ip’s for botht …today.com and ….tonight.com and included both in the settings….

Ok.. So now I am lost as to what step to make next. Keepping in mind that I want the .”today.com” people to be able to post to “today.com” and the …”tonight.com” people to be able to post to “tonight.com”

When either user searches for an event or blog.. I would like it to be visible to both sites.

I am confused… Do I setup https://… site.today.com under the domain mapping section? I have a wordpress installed on a stand alone basis on the today site too! Do I delete it and just point to the tonight.com site?

Also, here is another point of confusion. How do I “merge” two files that are “named” the same and do the best I can?

Can you have two files of the same name in wp-content?
I am getting an error message that I cannot move the sunrise.php file from wordpress-mu-momain-mapping to wp-content file.

I am stuck…

What to do now?

My navigations plugins are not showing either with Event Manager Pro. When I switch to new theme they show.

I am having the same problem. Point regarding your question. When click on the Media link you are taken to a screen.
If you view it carefully there are actually two options.. not “real” obvious.
One method opens a window with an icon in the center which you click and proceed to select you image.
The other is a browser..kind like searching for a file on the local machine.. not using wp.. I hope this makes sense.
I am using ThemeMagic Pro…
I tried other themes too..
I do not think it is s2memeber pro doing it..

When I change the theme to Twenty Eleven there is a box similar to this one that shows up at https://www.contractorinsurance.net/client-services-login.
But when I switch back to Thememagic pro it is gone!

Also,, on this page I tried to insert an image. I simply cannot get it to work. I have search for a solution with no resolve. Please?

I have purchased the pro version and I am happy about the theme for it’s purpose at https://www.contractorinsurance.net.

However, all of a sudden the “comments” and “leave a reply” stopped working.

I searched for answers but changing the permalinks did not work. Reloading the update for WP did not work. Reuploading the theme did not work.

My brain and eyes are weary looking for a solution.

I have completed a support ticket within the last 24 hours.. there is no big hurry on this.. but then again.. it would be nice to get this issue resolved.

I am testing the registration process and email confirmations. Here is What is what the email looks like to the registrant. (testing with on of my email address)

From: WordPress[[email protected]]
To: [email protected]

I would like it to show

From:ContractorInsurance.net[[email protected]]

I am not concerned about the email showing wordpress but the from field could get the email classified as Junk form those not familiar with WordPress.

I have a need for such functionality also for insurance purposes. For example I can create an auto insurance questionnaire/form with four drivers and four vehicles. What happens if there are six drivers.

On the user side… when they get to the point of needing the other two rows.. is there a method where they can click on an icon to add row for another driver. Same for vehicles if more than four?
