Hi there,
I have a similar situation with my website. The tabs were initially working until I updated WordPress today. I have turned off all caching plugins but tabs still not working. You can have a look here: https://www.samplelogic.com/products/xosphere-2/
Section under the SoundCloud area is where the tabs should appear.
Any ideas what could have gone wrong?

Thanks, it’s okay now.

After a quick google search, it appears it’s not possible to totally turn off CCSS from the theme options.
Are there any other workarounds I can try?

Okay on the staging site, I have turned off all optimization options in the theme that may be generating critical CSS. So critical CSS is only generated by LiteSpeed plugin.
This has not solved the problem.
Is there anything else I can do?

There are just 2 CSS files in the page source and I already added them to the exclude box but pages are still broken.
Any other suggestions?

Featured images work normally if set on the post page.
What I was trying to confirm is if your plugin works for videos uploaded directly to the Media library and not Youtube or Vimeo.

Also just realized the popup only works on Chrome.
When the button is clicked on other browsers (Firefox and Edge), it opens another page.
Could also help with this?

I’m having the same problem. I tried turning off the plugin but still having the same issue – site is broken and it seems all css and js files are missing when I checked the console.

After tinkering a bit with this plugin without getting any solution, I had to shift to using another one which worked straight out of the box.

Here is a link just in case anyone else has this issue. It’s completely free and much easier to configure.

I think the problem is with the way popup is loaded on mobiles.

Here’s the code I’m using below:

It seems the “#” in the href attribute of the first snippet doesn’t work on mobiles.
Is there another way of making this work apart from the snippet above?
