Can i ask how this was resolved? I am experiencing the same issue on a site. Switching from Hello theme fixed the issue temporarily so im assuming its something wrong with Hello.

Update, I have added some code to functions to disable autofill in the address fields and that seems to have bypassed the issue. Its really only a temporary measure though and i’d like to find out the actual reason for this still.
