Yes. You indeed registered a week ago and everything seemed OK but the issue has come up again. The reason things ‘got better’ is because your support department sent me a code to put into my CCS and it apparently fixed things.
But today … it seems to be the old problem coming back up again. I’ve checked for Plugin conflict and it doesn’t seem to be the problem.
Can you suggest what to do now?
I had the same issue a few weeks ago, and they sent me a code to put into the CCS after seeing that there were no problems with other Plugins.
However, only today the same problem came up where the Submit button is missing so customers can’t complete the registration form. I haven’t added, updated or whatever any plugins or done anything new on the site so there shouldn’t be any problems.
But … again … there are ?? Hopefully a solution is found soon!
I’ve updated to Version 1.9.4.1. Cleared cache.

A number of customers have now come forward with the same problem. It’s on a variety of devices from iPhone, iPad, and PC.
If I’m not able to fix this then I’ll have to change the plugin as I’m scared I’m losing potential customers with this.
Anyone?
