I still can’t access my WP admin panel and the hosts (123-reg) have been no help.

Does anyone have any other ideas please as I need to get back in and update the site.

@arcray – webhosts advise PHP has not been changed – currently on 5.3.

If I go to meteogib.com/wp-admin before I even type anything further then the page redirects to the below:-

https://www.meteogib.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fmeteogib.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

If I go through the ‘lost password’ process, the error message I get when I click on the link that comes through on e-mail is:-

‘Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid’

Apologies, I’m not sure how to attach screenshots to this message?
