Just made some category changes to the posts – and still get the not updating issue. Cleared browser cache and hit “delete cache” in the WP admin top bar. Still not updating live.

I enabled logs – which sends back this link, but it comes up as 404 sweetrideusa.com/html/wp-content/cache/40bc8881c7793cbb0d8cdeadc003f85d.txt

Where are you seeing the Clear cache when updating a post or page published or updated” box? I’m scouring the settings, but can’t seem to find it.

My issue was on the home page: https://sweetrideusa.com when I was making changes that enabled/disabled the home slider/ home carousel (via changes to post category type) they weren’t reflected on the live site and that seemed to start once I turned on WP SC.

I was making changes to post categories that enables them to show up in the home page slider and carousel. Ever since installing Super Cache, when I update pages, the changes don’t seem to take/become visible. Even after deleting cache.

I checked that – re-enabled permalinks, and still get the error.

I am happy to pay for premium plugins, but it seems that many of us have this core problem, that even with updates, goes unresolved. Makes me MUCH less likely to pay for the plugin unless this is addressed.

I had the same issue. Tried Wombat’s first solution (delete htacess, delete iThemes, reinstall) which didn’t work.

His second fix “disable file locking” seemed to work, but sent me an empty email. Probably going to use a different plugin. What a shame.
