@zorem , thank you for your fast answer!
It worked brilliant!
Could you please consider adding [order_date] as a placeholder to the customizer?
Thx!
Stefan
I can confirm this as well..

In reply to: [OceanWP] Woocommerce Icons missing after UpdateFIXED
Hello Amit (@apprimit),
If anyone else has the problem with the missing woocommerce Icons in several places:
WP 5.3
OWP Theme 1.7.3
Ocean Extra 1.5.19
Disabled Elementor Font Awesome 4 supportI was able to fix the problem by doing the following:
1. Deactivate / Uninstall Ocean Extra
2. Reinstall / Activate Ocean Extra again
3. Theme Panel -> Script & Styles -> uncheck all scripts -> SAVE -> then activate all scripts and SAVE againThe only woocommerce related missing icons left after this process were the checkboxes.
Then I added the proposed temporary fix directly to childtheme’s css instead of the customizer:
input[type=checkbox]:checked:before {font-weight: 600;}
Now everything seems to be working fine:-)
Thank you!
Best regards,
Stefan

Hi Ryan (@ryanr14);
thank you for posting this issue on github. Is there maybe already a solution? I’d need it for a site that has to go live asap.. thx!
As I said in my first post, I assume the problem is the “split”. So when you look at the source code it is: Update the Payment Method used for all of my active subscriptions.
<span class=”optional”>(optional)</span> so optional is separated. In the translation woocommerce-gateway-stripe.pot the string is “Update the Payment Method used for all of my active subscriptions (optional).” with “optional” included.
Best regards,
Stefan

In reply to: [Ocean Extra] freemius Api calls – 404 – on Wp Updates check@svovaf Thank you for your answer!
Hi @ryanr14,
thx for your answer! Yes the site is using German as main language and I have installed the translations for Woo and WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway. Yes I also use woocommerce subscriptions but I guess the string is coming from WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway as the source string in WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway pot is:
“Update the Payment Method used for all of my active subscriptions (optional).”
in Subscriptions pot there is one a little different: “Update the payment method used for %1$sall%2$s of my current subscriptions” without (optional) at the endIt appears under customer account-> payment methods -> add payment methods:

Thx for your help!

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Translations not working@britner Thank you Ben for looking deeper into this!
What would be great if one can 100% “trust” that the translations done with loco translate (update safe directory) e.g. for woocommerce or subscription email strings incl. subject/title are 100% carried over to Kadence mails as long as nothing is changed in kadence customizer.
After working with Kadence for a while (thank you for developing and maintaining this!) I figured out that at least sometimes the problem is, that the strings in “your” mail templates are slightly different from the original e.g woo or subscriptions ones. Maybe because they changed during an update and you sometimes still use the older templates?
I also do not understand the need for additional email content translation strings in kadence translation files itself – since maintenance wise the translations are better already done in the corresponding plugins themselves (e.g. woo, woo subscriptions) and “get in effect” if they exist, right?
One more thing Ben – I think you told me once, that if one makes changes to the Mail content via Kadence Customizer, the custom text is stored in the DB and cannot be changed back to default ones as soon as one saves.. Is this correct? If yes, it would be great if you could add an option to reset each mail’s custom content to default..
Thank you!
Best regards,
Stefan
Thank you Ben!! Am I right that you already integrated those mails in the latest Version Version:1.3.5?

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Translations not workingHello Ben,
I just found out that the translation problem with LOCO translate is the following:
1. Kadence uses the Loco translation correctly when it is stored in “languages/plugins/” default folder (which is not recommended by loco as it can be overwritten)
2. Kadence ignores the Loco translation when it is stored in (update safe) “languages/loco/plugins/” folder
You find more details here: https://bit.ly/2pvq118 Choose a location -> Custom (recommended)
This methods works well with other plugins.. Would be great if you could make it work “correctly” with kadence
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Stefan
