Thank you for your reply. If I want to ask if a feature is avaliable in the free or the pro version should I ask here, or on the Contact us page of the plugin?
Best Regards
Thank you for your response on this one.
So, as of the time being, only the first question is something that can be achieved and the rest will be done in a future realease.
I will wait the for this integration.Best Regards
Hello @anastas10s,
Excuse my late reply. Everything seems to work as intended now. Thank you for your support and feedback on the matter.

@anastas10s Thank you for your feedback.
So based on your anwser there is no need to complicate it so much. I can add all the postal codes that have 17% tax rated under one field and then all the postall codes that have 24% under the other. For the rest I can just add a field with an asterisk and with a 24% rate to be applied. Something like that: https://snipboard.io/w91VW4.jpg
Let me know if I miss something.

Thank you for your feedback. So the problem was that I used specific postal codes in conjuction with the state codes?
Can you please add this also on your table and set the state code on K and L in the fields that contain postal codes?

11The results were as expected at Checkout, for either 83300 post code (24%), or 81100 (17%).
On your answer, the results you get are the same as I also stated in my previous answer without using the asterisk under the state: “After that, I changed the priority to all the values at 12. And it did work as expected. I changed the values of 24% priority of 12 and 17% to a priority of 13, used a postal code of 17% and had the problem described above.”
I will repeat once again that If the states are present the system should check the state, then the postal code, and if postal codes are different for the same state, then priority must not be applied. They are unique either way if they are based on postal codes. Try to add the rest of the tables as shown above. For the priority, you can check this screenshot. Try to change the priority on the last 4 state codes that include postal codes to a higher priority. An example would be to set all the states to priority 1 as they are all unique, and for K and L you can set the priority to 2-3-4-5 and check.
Let me know your thoughts.

Regarding the issue with the checkout message: Excuse me for that. Did a test and forgot to enable the guest checkout again. Now it is enabled. Double-checked to be sure.
The issue appears to be the fact that 24%, 13%, and 6% tax apply to all postcodes, as the screenshots reveal (they all have?
*
?in them)It seems that I lost you on this one. The other state codes have ( * ) but the states of K and L have specific postal codes. Moreover under the K and L states the asterisk also appears in the city. If postal codes are set, then the asterisk applies for all the cities under that scope. If something else seems to happen as a logic, please let me know.
Did you already have a chance to test clearing the tables at?

13Additionally, how are these?state codes?utilized in the store, since they are input in the tax rates?
I am guessing like any other store. When you are on the checkout you choose the state and then you input the postal code. After that, the tax is calculated based on the tax rates provided. If I did not follow your thoughts correctly here, let me know.
Gotcha. Feel free to go ahead with using a service like our?https://quickforget.com/?service and send that secret link here — after redacting database table prefix, and PHP version, for example. For this thread, we are currently interested in taking a look at the other parts of?the System Status Report (SSR).
Here is the link using the quickforget link with the system status https://quickforget.com/s/4878f08b8a789e29a123daffedd32022698f373d1af80d41. Limited to 3 views or 72 hours.

@anastas10s Thank you for the clarifications. Below you can find most of what you requested.
- The URL of a product to test with, along with screenshots of how it is set up:
https://www.temporary-url.com/1FF0C4 -> Screenshot of how it is set up https://snipboard.io/mK5sqN.jpg - A test customer address to test with: https://www.temporary-url.com/1FF0C4 – Guest checkout is enabled
- Screenshots of the complete shipping – Shipping classes or shipping overall are not enabled in this shop.
tax settings : Standard rate: https://snipboard.io/f8VMrC.jpg
Reduced rate: https://snipboard.io/aUyXHW.jpg
Over-reduced rate: https://snipboard.io/XCuVvH.jpg
Focus on the tax rate. Check the priority of the K state. Change between priority numbers and you will see that even unique zip codes are addressed, they are ignored, and priority works on top of all. - Something that bugs me about the system status and makes me a bit cautious is that it provides information about the table prefix on the database and also information about the server (PHP version etc) and some more info regarding the inactive plugins, etc. A good catch for malicious robots that might want to sniff around. Precautions and security measures are made on the server side, but still I can not provide them freely. If possible, I could provide you with the system status via email. But I want to point out that I have this issue while using only woo-commerce and the storefront theme. checkout page cart and the rest are set as provided by woocommerce.
Let me know your thoughts.

From the postcodes, and the Greek language in use, this sounds like setting up a store for Ikaria island, correct? Kalimera!
Correct on some of the above ?? . It is for a shop that delivers goods all around Greece. Figured out from the username that you probably come from Greece, but tried to be civilized and not start speaking Greek here. So, Kalimera kai se eycharisto gia thn voithia!
Shipping tax class is based on cart items. Why?
Because some products use a different tax table/tax rate. Not the problem in our case, as the products that I used to run some tests, use the basic tax rate.
Tax priorities (the ones mentioned here) are at 12 to 15. Why?
To avoid any conflicts in the future, In case of adding something exeptions.
Before we continue on this, I did some tests on my end and I tried this:
I double-checked the postcodes to be sure if there were any duplications. None was as mentioned. After that, I changed the priority to all the values at 12. And it did work as expected. I changed the values of 24% priority of 12 and 17% to a priority of 13, used a postal code of 17% and had the problem described above. I think that the priority has to be more flexible around how it works if cities or postal codes are present and no wildcards are used.Might miss some technical details here, but I think that the priority must be ignored if the state is the same and the postal codes are different. In this case, priority is not present as unique postal codes are there, so no conflict can be created.

hi @anastas10s,
Below you will find my answers:
While taking a look at?the information shown in this screenshot, it appears that the culprit might be with how the priorities are currently set up. Linked here is?a screenshot from a test site of mine, with further details on that.
Based on the screenshot I provided It is the same state but with different postal codes. The tooltip says that if I want to define multiple tax rates for a single area I need to specify a different priority. Different priority is specified. Aside from that, the postal codes must do the matching and not only be based on the state. For example, if the postal code is: 83300 add 24% to the subtotal of the cart. if the postal code is 81100 add 17% to the sub-total value. Here even with priority, it has the logic. if the postal code is: 81100 add also 24%. I will run some more tests with priority changes and see if this will help.
To be sure, did you already have a chance to check if they are input twice (once for 24% and another for 17% tax), or otherwise?
Yes. Triple checked before posting here.
For tax1 with priority 12 and tax rate = 24% the codes are 83300; 81400.
And for tax2 with priority 12 the codes are: 81100; 81101; 81102; 81103; 81104; 81105; 81106; 81107; 81108; 81109; 81110; 81111; 81112; 81113; 81200; 81300; 81401; 81500; 82132; 82131; 82103; 82102; 82300; 82101; 82150; 82104; 83100; 83101; 83102; 83103; 83104; 83200; 83301; 83302; 83400How about testing with a wildcard? The same results appeared, or otherwise?
Do some tests with wild cards, but this scenario and based on priority will not run as intended. Because this post is deferent areas. So if I wild card for example the K state with a high priority, then 83300 and 81100 will have the same tax rate.

Hello @carolm29 ,
Below I will try to answer your question
To confirm, 81100 and 83300 are the prefix of the postcode or are they the whole post code? For example is the postcode 8100999 (or something like that) or is it only 81100?
The postal codes are 81100 and 83300. As far as I know there are no extra numbers after that.
Also, do you mind giving different names for the taxes (for example “tax 1” “tax 2” and try to order again so we can see exactly which taxes are being applied to the order?
I have done it. Here is a snippet: https://snipboard.io/KY3ZQM.jpg
To confirm, this is only happening with 81100, correct? Other postcodes work correctly?
This happens with the states that I have set specific postal codes. No wildcards are used for these specific states.
Also, is this happening with every product?
After testing with random products, I see that this is happening with all the products.
Just to avoid any back and forth regarding updates etc, wordpress and woocommerce are up to date to the latest version.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Yes. As I use different tax caclulations I have added 2 more tax classes. None of them has the States of K and L.
Here is a snipping, in case i miss something
- First tax class: https://snipboard.io/c5Cp9i.jpg
- Second tax class: https://snipboard.io/Kh5emL.jpg
The tax class in the middle is not set. The titles stand for – reduced tax rate and Over-reduced tax rate, accordingly.
The country code is set to GR for both. Also, all the products on the cart are using the standar rate, which is the table I initially posted.

Yes. Here is a snippet from the google console. https://snipboard.io/AwEX24.jpg
The encoded letters for both, is the word on data-title. So the final class is
class="tax-rate-gr-Φ?ρο?-13"

Are you refering to the checkout fields of postcode and on the state? If this is correct, then yes, both fields are set correctly. The state is the K in Greece and I have checked with the 2 postal codes mentioned. Did a check with the other postal codes that are added inside the K state. Still the same behavior.
Best Regards
Correct. To be even more strict on the debug method, I have deactivated any plugins except woocommerce, and enabled the storefront theme. No cache (server or page cache,) is involved on this one. No mu-plugins are used.
And even with the above, I have the problem descirbed.
@serafinnyc No problem at all. This can happen to all of us. It could be something that I incorrectly translated or misunderstood.
To answer your question, the snippets that I added above are from a clean installation of WordPress, where I use woocommerce only and Storefront as a theme. Apologies for not mentioning in my initial post.
Best Regards
