Hello @serafinnyc ,
This is the tooltip under the tax table : Postcode for this rule. Semi-colon (;) separate multiple values. Leave blank to apply to all areas. Wildcards (*) and ranges for numeric postcodes (e.g. 12345…12350) can also be used.
Is this not correct? Did i missunderstood something?

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Fatal error while creating the mpdfJust to inform any user who came across this error. In my case, after I created the folder /snapshots and checked if the permissions were set properly on the folder, the error did not appear again.
Might be something else in your case. I would also contact the hosting provided, if it’s a shared hosting, as there might be security implementation that you are not aware of, and block the folder creation, or change the folder permissions back to some more strict ones.

Hello @jarnovos,
I have also set this setting as per your suggestion –> Wizard -> General -> Visitors: Do you target visitors from Germany, Austria, Belgium and/or Spain? “No”
I can see that the script is added properly now, but the category is removed. Here is the script that appears on the header:
<script src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=AW-code" data-cmplz-src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=AW-code" class="cmplz-activated"></script>
All the other settings are also set as per your suggestions.
I think that the problem is with how the plugin handles different scenarios and how the script code is handled. I understand that the settings must be set properly, in order to avoid conflicts with codes of analytics that also use googletagmanager.com but here is a different case.
You can see that the custom code is not doing anything more, than adding the script in the header. Regardless of whether it uses a variable for the AW ID, or a fixed ID value, there is no interference with how Complianz handles the script implementation in the header or if it removes or not the data-category. This is all done by the plugin’s logic and not by the custom script.
I do not know if I miss something here, but please can you take a closer look?
If I can help with anything, please inform me.
Best Regards
Here is the code I implement
$g_code_id = 'g-code'; $aw_code_id = 'aw-code'; function add_scripts_in_header() { global $g_code_id, $aw_code_id; if (!is_admin()) { ?> <script type="text/plain" data-category="marketing" src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=<?php echo $aw_code_id; ?>"></script> <script type="text/javascript" data-category="functional" async src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=<?php echo $g_code_id; ?>"></script> <script type="text/plain" data-category="marketing"> window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer || []; function gtag() { dataLayer.push(arguments); } gtag('js', new Date()); // Remarketing for Google Ads - Marketing Category gtag('config', '<?php echo $aw_code_id; ?>'); </script> <?php } } add_action('wp_head', 'add_scripts_in_header');
I do not use any plugins to add it. Just this code through the use of an mu-plugin
Unfortunately, I can not use the fields on Complianz.
Best Regards
Hello, @jarnovos
Thank you for your response.
I did the above suggestion but still the script remains as is.
Here is the site in question https://www.temporary-url.com/FB60
I use a simple plugin to add the scripts to header.
Let me know if you need anything else.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Fatal error while creating the mpdfHello @leonardotamion
After checking the permissions on the server, I can see that the folder of uploads is set to 755. Also, the folder of /complianz is set to 755. Although I could not locate the snapshots folder. Might the folder was never created.
What do you suggest about that? Should I create manually the snapshots folder?
Best Regards,
Sorry if I intervened in this conversation but if you set the URL passthrough parameter to “no” then the cookieless tracking that Google uses in cases where users do not consent or just close the banner, will be disabled.
That also means that anonymised and cookieless data will not be collected and that will not help in modelled data, that Google will use to bring statistics back to life. Regarding URL passthrough you can read here from the Google documentation.
I also hope that you do not have the option to block all Google scripts before consent, turned on. If it is on then change this to off if you want to have the cookieless functionality.
@aahulsebos @jarnovos Feel free to correct me if something of the above are wrong.
Hello @blazej24,
Up until now, there has been no update. I have not received any update via email, and as you also see, no update here as well.
Will wait and see
Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I have done both of them as you requested. I have sent the IP privately via my email address and as a reference, I used my name/username.

Fatal errors are not present. This problem appears and after a while might disappear. If you can provide any insight on what this might cause, let me know. I do not know if it is related to any cron job or cache errors. Just to point out that the error still occurs on the live site. This is from the staging site where it appeared 5 days ago.Best Regards

Hello @wfmargaret
Below my answers on your questions:
Please review the IP detection in Wordfence.? To confirm whether IP detection is an issue, look up your public-facing IP address at?https://www.whatismyipaddress.com/?and visit?Wordfence > Dashboard > Global Options > General Wordfence Options > How does Wordfence get IPs?and cycle through the options. Your IP address should match the IP address shown on the line “Your IP with this setting“.
Checked my IP. Everything shows correctly. My IP matches the settings IP. Did not need to save anything, as it appears as it should.
Once you’ve confirmed the IP detection is working correctly, please review any new blocks.? Are all blocks in?Wordfence > Tools > Live Traffic?showing a localhost IP or are some blocks for external IP addresses?
I have checked the settings that you are refer to. I can see IPs from external addresses and also I can see some unspecified calls on /wp-login.php that contain a local host IP.
Let me know your thoughts.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Query var makes the products disappear in the shop pageOk. Please allow me some time to provide you with the info you requested.

You are right. And after consent, the plugin changes this to /javascript? Also, just to make something clear, if there are 2 separate script tags, I add them on the script centre as 2 different scripts or they can be merged into one? This can break the functionality of the tracking.
Best Regards
I added this in both of the script tags in the footer, and the NoScript tags are left as is.
<script type="text/javascript" data-category="statistics">
Does this method above does not work any more? Because the message I am referring to, still appears after the consent. Can this be related to an incognito browser?
Best Regards
Hello @wfmargaret,
Below my answers:
If configured, Wordfence will send emails when someone is locked out from logging in.? If you no longer wish to receive those emails, you can disable them in?Wordfence > Dashboard > Global Options > Email Alert Preferences > Alert when someone is locked out from login.
That’s not the case.
Is the option you’re using to configure the block the?Immediately block the IP of users who try to sign in as these usernames?option found in?Wordfence > Firewall > All Firewall Options > Brute Force Protection?? This option will only immediately block the IP of users who attempt to sign in as usernames that don’t exist.? You can read more details about this option here:
I am using the option under the path that you suggest. And also I use the Immediately lock out invalid usernames.
If this isn’t the option you’re using, or if you are using unregistered usernames and not seeing the IPs being blocked successfully, can you provide us more information on your specific configuration please?? Please also provide us with details on the specific block message or email you’re seeing, either by pasting the block message here or sending us a screenshot.? You can also view details on specific login attempts and blocks under?Wordfence > Tools > Live Traffic.? For IPs blocked by the above setting, you’ll see an entry marked as “blocked by login security setting.”
I have checked the list and I can see this under the live traffic list:
An unknown location at IP?::1?left?https://mysite.com/wp-login.php?and?was?blocked by login security setting?at?https://mysite.com/wp-login.php

Human/Bot: Human
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/119.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
Most of the messages come back and forth, and I try to figure out if there is any problem with the server, or how this localhost call comes from. I do not know if Wordfence applies localhost when it can not detect an IP correctly.Let me know your thoughts.
