Unfortunately, I don’t know anything about JSON. Google shows online resources to convert files for free, but that would take as much time as uploading direct. It’s a pity Excel doesn’t have an option to save in that format. I don’t suppose you know of software that can bulk convert files, please?

Thanks, but I saw the video. It explains nothing about the issue I needed information about.
So, if I buy the Pro, do I get access to a manual or do I have to submit tickets for every tiny little thing I need to know, such as about dealing with mailing lists? I hope not because that’s a highly inefficient use of my time and yours.

My hosting company should have scanned my entire site, which is why I couldn’t understand why they had found something in your plugin, but not in the main part of the site. I have asked for confirmation that they did a complete scan.

I bought it just a few minutes after you replied and then contacted your Support.
Seven hours later, I’ve heard nothing.
How come you are offering support on a Sunday to people using the free version but not people who have paid for it?

Sorry, but I still have questions because your description leaves too much info out.

1. Does your your plugin protect the source code or only the text on the page?
2. Does your protection interfere with the on-page SEO coming from the page’s text?
3. “prevent scraping their content” – do you mean someone cannot scrape a website/page using scraping software to reproduce it, or just that they can’t copy and paste everything on a page using a copy command?

Your site only says “Use an url-shortener for cleaner links”, but doesn’t give any further information. Does it use Bitly and can automatically shorten links, please? Can it integrate with Pretty Link to automatically shorten links?

“Define which pictures & snippet text should get shared for every page or post” Can you set custom text and a custom image, please (i.e. an image that is not in the actual post/page)?
