In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Row highlightTobias,
Just used the link in Tablepress to try to donate to you to show I appreciate the plugin but it’s asking me to login to Paypal. I don’t have and don’t want a paypal account, so do you have a link to donate as a guest using a credit card through paypal, please? Paypal usually offers that option, but it isn’t through your link.
Thanks,

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Row highlightHi Tobias,
Thanks for your reply. The site is still in development, so no link available. I’ll try to work around the issue.
Thanks again,

In reply to: [Social Media Share Buttons & Social Sharing Icons] url shortenerThanks for letting me know.
So why not put it all on one page?
Multiple pages is very old school. The fewer clicks the better. When someone signs up for an email list, you don’t expect them to do it over multiple pages because it’s a drag, so why make mailpoet users do it?

In reply to: [Top 10 - WordPress Popular posts by WebberZone] numbered listHi Ajay,
Thanks for looking at that. Yes, I cleared the cache. I’ll investigate that code and see what can be done.
Thanks again,

In reply to: [Autoptimize] Some settings break my siteHi Frank,
Thanks for your reply.
1. “excluding some of the JS from optimization” – I don’t know anything about doing that. Is there an online manual for the plugin which explains that, please?
2. “do those CSS-files load or do they 404?” Sorry, I use WP because I don’t know HTML and I use plugins because I don’t know coding, so I can’t answer that.
Sorry, but I haven’t been able to leave a broken test page live yet. I will try shortly.
Thanks again,

Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I cleared the cache. Here’s a test page.
Test pageThe plugin is in the left sidebar and at the bottom of the page content, just above the footer.
Thanks for taking a look.

In reply to: [Comet Cache] Differing speed timesHi Raam,
It’s very kind of you to offer to take a look at my site. It’s still in development, but here’s a page:
I’m using Autoptimize to try to help speed things up, but some of its settings screw-up my site, so I’m really only using it to combine CSS.
The only things I am not using that gtmetrix recommends are: Enable gzip compression and Leverage browser caching. I’ll sort out browser caching later, but my host said there’s no need to use gzip, so I’m not – can’t remember the reason now.
Thanks again,

Thanks for your reply.Yes, I used that code. I’ve tried again, selecting No Styles, but it still doesn’t work.
Thanks anyway,

In reply to: [Comet Cache] Differing speed timesThanks for the reply, Raam.
With so many variables that are completely out of a user’s control, it makes it seem pretty pointless to test speeds.
Without the plugin, I got speeds of 1.8-2.8 seconds (yes, all the same page).
With the plugin, I got 1.3-2.7 seconds.
I had hoped to see a much more pronounced and stable difference.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t really clarify things. Your FAQ says not to delete it because it could break the site, but there’s a Delete Cache option staring you in the face. On a fully-functional site, is there ever a reason to delete and if so, what indications should you watch for that would signify you should do that, please?Forum: Plugins

Twitter is a must-have; others would be good but not vital.
Do you have an ETA on that feature being released, please?

In reply to: [Autoptimize] Clearing the cacheP.S. Sorry, I think the Clear Cache button is another plugin – can’t check right now – but there’s still the dropdown Delete option.
