Also, maybe thatt will helps. I upload, by Sftp, directly my image into the Upload folder and I cannot find them.

The message appears when I try to upload an image in the media section.
It’s a new and fresh installation. No plug-in.

Steve, I knew that our PHP and WP version was old. Everthing works perfectly before. So I understand that the new version od MetaSlider needs to be operate on PHP 7.4 and above? Can you tell me wich version of WP is required?

I cannot install the rollback extension :
“Cette extension ne fonctionne pas avec votre version de PHP.?En savoir plus sur la mise à jour de PHP.”

Tranlsation from french : This extension doesn’t work with your PHP version.

Hello Steve, for the step 6 using roll back plugin, this exetension is not installed. That will be able to rollback to a previous version if I install this now or that will be too late?

Also, can we install this plugin safelly? I don’t have a tech team to help me so I’ll go by myself.
