I’ve had that issue for years and never got a response. Any luck on your part?

I figured it out. The problem had been going on for over a month but I hadn’t noticed until recently.

The cause was simple, W3 Total Cache had been uninstalled but it remained active serving the same old front page to users. The rest of the site was unaffected.

I noticed the last line of the page source mentioned it was being served by W3 Total Cache which I knew had been uninstalled.

Unfortunately, I had to install W3 Total Cach to get things working.

There was no active cache and I tried it with cleared history in browser.

It works fine now. I’ll just mark it as solved.

Yesterday when I posted the this page was not loading for anyone who wasn’t logged in???

Just updated my plugin and got the same nasty surprise… You should definately add a note to verisfy the new requirements prior to update.
