    Thanks for the reply.

Yes, exactly like that, but not only that. Customer reviews must also be shown on the site, each in its own language.

I’m a little perplexed about creating 4 different campaigns for a single site that shares the same content in 4 languages. So far we have a plugin that handles this by simply translating the texts of the same campaign into 4 different languages. I can’t quite understand how this is handled on a technical level by you creating these 4 campaigns on the site. How would each one be connected in its own language in a single installation? Is there a tutorial on this?

Do you have a solution to translate email templates with WPML?

If you can offer this possibility I am ready to give you 5 stars.

Thanks for the reply, I will follow the evolution with interest and hope that the arbitrary evaluation will be resolved as soon as possible. I’m happy to have made you aware of the problem, if only for the possible image damage.

As a matter of fairness towards the next users who will read my request for assistance, I would like to clarify the following:

I installed the WPSpeed plugin for the first time on my website. Unfortunately, after several attempts, I haven’t noticed any difference in the metric that the PageSpeed Insights tool detects. I admit that the first thought that crossed my mind was that I tested yet another plugin that doesn’t work or doesn’t perform what it promises. After all, from what transpires in the changelog, it seems to be a plugin in its infancy.

However, having appreciated the recent positive comments of the few users currently present, I tried to rely on assistance via the support form.
With pleasant surprise, after only a few hours I received the answer you read above. The consultancy then continued via private e-mails, following the welcome invitation of John, the developer.
I gave him access to the site and let him make the necessary inquiries.

The result of the investigation determined that it was not a plugin malfunction. It was simply the server’s internal caching system that prevented the PageSpeed Insights metric from detecting new page parameters after activating the WPSpeed plugin! I had concentrated on disabling the site’s caching system, but I hadn’t thought about the server one!

All resolved in a handful of emails. Now I can appreciate the excellent properties of WPSpeed which I immediately purchased in the PRO version and which I strongly recommend.

I thank John for his availability and patience with my request and I wish him all the best, as well as a long and profitable life for this interesting and innovative plugin.

Conclusion: Before testing the Homepage after activating the free version of WPSpeed, clear the site cache well and also the one possibly active on the server! Alternatively, use the string “?nocache=1” at the end of the URL to test (example: https://mysite.com/home/?nocache=1).

I installed WPML version 4.4.5 and Site Kit continues to have the problem of disconnecting credentials!

In my opinion it does not depend on WPML, but on the fact that Site Kit does not record all the variables concerning the connection with the Google account (example: https://www.example.com/en/ + https://www.example.com/de/ + https://www.example.com/fr/ + etc.). Whenever the language is changed, the connection must be restored as Site Kit no longer recognizes the authorization given by the Google account. In practice, the problem arises from the fact that the connection registers the URL to which authorization is given including the linguistic extension (…/en/, …/de/, …/fr/, etc.). From here, after changing the language, the URL changes and Site Kit no longer recognizes the credentials for the connection. This forces the user to have to log back in every time he wants to analyze the data. To make Site Kit work on a site with WPML it is therefore necessary to modify the way to authorize the URL, making sure that this is provided only on the domain (www.example.com), without linguistic extension. In this way, whatever linguistic extension you want to use, Site Kit will always and only recognize the domain and can therefore work in any case.

I hope these guidelines will help insiders get the Site Kit plugin to work properly with any language.

We are all looking forward to a solution.

Thanks for the answer, but if I have to whitelist all the parts of the site involved in a user function what is the point of keeping the protection active? Everything I imposed on the white list also applies to bots, right? At this point it is how to keep the Anti-spam function deactivated and therefore, all parts of the site put in the white list are vulnerable and also accessible to spam attacks. I don’t find this an acceptable solution.

If I could understand what is the characteristic of a plug-in that affects the good functioning of the Anti-spam function, maybe I could understand how to solve the problem. The last plug-in I have installed is B2BKing which manages all the functions concerning users (B2B and B2C). However, I very much doubt that this plug-in has any effect on Anti-spam security, as it only comes into effect after the user has logged in. My problem, however, concerns the range of visitors (Anonymous).
In any case, even if I were to discover that the plug-in responsible for a possible conflict is B2BKing, I still could not give up on it as there are too many indispensable functions for the needs of the site that are linked to this plug-in.

    Other possible solutions?

    Hi Gregory,

    thank you for reply.

Unfortunately the system continues to block our authorized users and makes us lose the sales of our online shop !!!
Even the system does not even allow you to insert an item in the cart. This gesture is identified by the system as a Bot !!! (Spam form submission denied – Bot detected).

In order to allow users to register and place orders I have to completely disable all Anti-spam functions. This is not normal, because I would like to stay protected from spam attempts, but not block authorized users as well! I’ve tried a myriad of different configurations, including whitelisting queries, but it doesn’t work in any way! Also I can’t whitelist every query of every product, as well as being an impossible job it doesn’t make any sense either.

What should I do? This is really starting to get frustrating.

    Thank you for answer.
