@onyxplay I received payouts almost every day into my PayPal account until I switched to monthly payments. Since then I’ve gotten one each month without issue. It’s weird you haven’t heard back from them. I got a response in a day or two for each query I had about how it worked. I know this is probably a silly question, but have you gone to https://portal.arc.io and entered your PayPal email address in the earnings section?

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Logged In Require for Product ReviewI know this is a couple of weeks old now, but one possible solution would be to manually create an order for the customer in WooCommerce (don’t use their email address though). Mark it as completed, then after saving it update the email address to their email and save it again, this way they won’t get all the order status update emails. Once that is done, you could send them a review reminder from WooCommerce.

In reply to: [Sendle Shipping Plugin] Postcode MismatchJust looking at this very same thing so it’s great to hear a solution is in the works! I just thought I’d add, a partial alternative option is also to have a setting to not show Sendle if it can’t validate. For our users, they have Express Post flat-rate satchels as well, so those ones always show regardless of postcode/suburb validity. It is kind of confusing to have that as an option and then Sendle saying no shipping options are available. They also have free shipping on orders over $100, so again it doesn’t really matter if Sendle can validate or not.

In reply to: [WP Google Review Slider] “Add new reviews template” button doesn’t workI’ve been having the same problem and have taken some similar steps. However, regardless of other plugins I only see two errors in the console:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token
bootstrap.min.css:5
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token {That’s it. Nothing new added when clicking either the ? or the Add New Reviews Template buttons.
So, to confirm, for me, I disabled every other plugin except WP Google Review Slider, made sure all caching is disabled, and I still got the above issue and console errors.
What I noted was that the first SyntaxError appeared to be related to the WP Google Review Slider template file. I found completely deleting and re-installing the plugin resolved the issue. I’m guessing that there was a problem with that file for some reason when the plugin was first installed on this particular site.
Hope that helps in some way!
