Hello Barry, we want to let you know that we now support delayed intraday data for a vast majority of the exchanges available in our services, including London Stock Exchange.

    Hello Brent,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have changed the name and logo for the company, as well as reviewed the historical data for accuracy.

    1. I just tested it and commodities work fine. Please make sure you specify Commodities as the stock exchange, as follows:

    [stock-quotes-list stockExchange=”Commodities” width=”100%” height=”100%” symbols=”GC;SI;CO” includeChart=”false” logoMaxHeight=”20px” logoMaxWidth=”90px”]

    2. Any property not specified in the short code will use the value from the settings page. Likewise, any property you specify in the short code will override the property from the settings page. Normally, you specify the default behavior in the settings page, and any specific settings are provided in the short code. For example, if you want to have multiple charts with different symbols, you must specify the symbol code in the short code itself.

We have released a new version 2.0 which fixes the issue you reported yesterday, and adds a new feature to support auto refresh intraday data for the exchanges that support it in our services. Please let us know whether the problem is fixed for you or it persists.

We will investigate this and will get back to you. Are you using a WP theme? Can you please include the shortcode you are using?

There seems to be a problem when the short code sample was copied from the documentation onto your page, since the quote characters (“) were replaced with another character, which breaks our plugin. Please make sure you use the standard ” character and try again. We have just tried it with the following short code and it works for us:

    [stock-quotes-list symbols=”AAPL;MSFT;GOOG;HPQ;^SPX;^DJI” stockExchange=”NYSENasdaq” width=”100%” height=”380″ motif=”financial” palette=”financial-light”]

In regards to the historical chart, we have just tried it with width=”100%” and width=”50%” and it works fine. Can you please include the short code you used?

Hello Barry, we currently support 15-minute delayed price for NYSE/Nasdaq/AMEX and End-of-Day data for the rest of the exchanges. We are currently working to support realtime/delayed data for the rest of the exchanges, and London Stock Exchange is in the top priority list to support it. We will let you know as soon as we have this available.

We will gladly work with you to determine what is causing the problem. Would it be possible to have a copy of the page that shows the actual problem, so we can try to determine what is happening? Perhaps you might contact us by email to info at stockdio dot com for personalized assistance.

Hello Simon, we have released v2.0 with support of Performance display, which allows you to display percent change instead of price. Coupling this new feature with the From parameter will give you exactly what you wanted. Please let us know if you have any comments.

Barry, we have indeed found and fixed the issue. This behavior should not happen anymore. Thank you for reporting this to us.

Hello Barry, we have not seen this behavior before, and it does not seem related to the stock quote. We just tested a simple page with a plugin and link, and it works fine in IE 11. Is there a URL you can provide where we can reproduce the issue?

The decimal places have been fixed already.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Data for PEX:MLFIR has been updated and will be updated daily, such as the rest of the symbols. Should you find any other issue with outdated data, please don’t hesitate to report it.

This fix will be released in an update with new functionality, early next week.
