Hello Barry, we will soon upload a new version of the plugin/services that will fix this issue, by accommodating the number of decimals required by each symbol. We will let you know when this is available.

At this time, our services provide end-of-day data only, for more than 60 exchanges, currencies (Forex) and Commodities. We expect to make available an update that displays delayed real-time prices for US stock exchanges in the upcoming weeks. We also plan to provide options for delayed data for other exchanges as well, but those will take a bit longer.

Besides the chart plugin, we also tested the Stock Quote List plugin, and works as expected. This is the short code we used:

We have just tried and it works perfectly fine in our tests. We used BSE’s 532540 and NSE’s SBIN.

Can you please let us know a few of the BSE and NSE stock symbols you are trying to display and do not work for you?

Hello Simon, currently we only support chart price display. However, we will soon upload a new version of the chart plugin that supports percent price gain from a given date.

We currently support price change display from previous day only. We can add a functionality to display difference from a date you provide. We assume that each stock you display would have a different buy point, so you would need to provide a different date per each stock, is that correct?

Stockdio plugins may be used commercially, limited to a maximum number of requests per month. We provide options for larger number of requests and removing the watermark, if desired. For further details, please send email to info at stockdio dot com.

Thank you for reporting the height issue. The help in the settings page is incorrect, as specifying the plugin height is actually required (default is 320px). The documentation in the plugin description is correct, and we are now uploading an update with the fix in the settings page help. Actually, the auto height calculation is a feature that we support in the service, when used directly as an iframe; however, due to the way WP configures the plugins, unfortunately we could not make it work in WP, though we tried because we understand it’s a nice and desired behavior.

We have uploaded a new update that fixes the settings page issues you have reported a couple days ago. We have also added support for US Mutual Funds, directly in the NYSENasdaq exchange. Some symbols may not reflect historical data immediately, but all of them should be available within the next 2 or 3 days. Data for the symbols that you specified previously (BPEAX;BPECX;BPEIX;BPMAX;BPMCX;BPMIX) is already available.

Thank you for reporting these issues. We have been able to reproduce them, please let us elaborate:

1. The reason why the symbols you are providing do not return any data is because we currently don’t support any of the Nasdaq Mutual Funds. We will provide support for these as soon as possible, hopefully within the next 2 or 3 days, probably as a separate exchange (e.g. MUTF).

2. The symbols entered in the settings page not being saved, and the fact that the display does not match the configuration entered in the plugin settings are both bugs, which we will fix and upload a new update soon, very likely along with the addition of the Mutual Funds.

Hello sledge81, thank you for reporting these issues. We have uploaded a new update 1.3.4 that should fix the first issue you reported. In regards to the second issue, we have not been able to reproduce it. Can you please post the shortcode you are using, that causes the problem?

Hello jprt80, we have tested the latest version of the plugin with Chrome 52.0.2743.82 and were not able to reproduce this problem. Can you please provide further details of how to reproduce it?

We have made a change in version 1.3.8 that should fix this problem. Please let us know if you see the problem continues to happen.
