If I disable the plugin, it works ok 404, what could it be from, now test the link with 404, I disabled the plugin

Hello John Godley, I installed this plugin on the site to redirect some links that were in google webmaster, the page from 404 redirects 301 to the home page when I activate the plugin and test 404 it causes problems, it gives me 404.php/

Hy I had the plugin installed before and the page was renamed, but I disabled it to test something and after I activated it, it didn’t work at all, even after installing and activating, I get a white page with the message Not available.

I don’t receive any error on the host, could it be from litespeed?
