The plugin will not adjust the timings if a user is suspended their account. Instead, It will send a notification for the current month.

We are currently working on more features, what like to be happen on different statuses. Hopefully, those features would be in the future updates.

We have investigated the issue further and we could not replicate the issue. The Cart is updating correctly, the free product is removing if the cart does not contain the main product(non-free product). https://app.vmaker.com/record/9w4tDMMuhPxt9Ris

If you have a staging site, then please provide us access to it. We will also need to get temporary admin login details for your site. You can send an email to [email protected] then we will look at that issue as soon as possible.

The current version of the plugin has no option to add a label/badge to a promotional product we will implement that feature on the premium version of our plugin.

We have investigated the issue further and we could not replicate the issue. The email notification is successfully sending to the recipients.

Please try to enable any email login plugins(eg: WP Mail Logging, Email Log ) and check the logs if the notification is sending or not.

If you are still facing the issue, We recommended deactivating the Subscriptions Renewal Reminders plugin and activate it again(*Note: No need to delete the plugin)

Yes ,it using WP_mail() function.Could you recheck, Your email configuration as well?

Also, Can we know which plugin, you were using for mail logging?

Sorry to hear that. Did you confirmed that you have Enabled the ‘Buy X Get Y’ globally from the settings? Refer Screenshot.After enabling the button please check on the main products list. Note that, this field will only list the simple products , with this version of Buy X Get Y Free by StorePro plugin. If you are still experiencing the issue , can you please set up an admin account with [email protected] email address , so that we can have a look at your site?
