This problem is happening on WordPress. I had the problem with 2.12 I just upgraded to 2.7.1, everything was fine, I installed a couple of plugins and not I am having horrible problems.

Everytime I try to do something, I get logged off, and have to login 3 or 4 times to get back in. This is a weird problem that has happened with multiple versions.

I just did a search, and apparently this is a well known problem and not just happening with me.

Could this be a bug?

I run another blog with B2evolution software and never have a problem logging into the control panel, nor getting booted out. This is not rocket science and I have a lot investted in my blog. Something must be amiss here. I will try firefox and see what happens.

I have had this problem on multiple versions of my wordpress blog. Now I hit an action like edit, it takes me to the login screen, and i have to hit it like 3 or 4 times before I get in. This is a real hassle. I also run a B2evolution blog and have no problems like this at all.

Nevermind. I just did the upgrade and it was flawless. I just hope the darn blog works now without having the same bugs I had before.

Also my custom template works without any modifications it appears!

problem solved. It was the cookie thing. When I went to the login screen it showed had a www in the url. i took that out and it let me use the new password. it seems the cookie uses the www or non www in the url. rather than delete all of the cookies, that was a quick fix!

I have not had this problem, but there definitely needs to be some kind of captcha and/or askimi type of fix. I think this could be a major problem.

I am getting a key with a no special characthers but the system is not letting me login as admin with the new password.

I am having the same problem with an established blog!
