Hello there,
I had a look at the page you have provided. I have noticed that you have another optimizing plugin – W3 Total Cache. We highly recommend using only one plugin for website optimization since duplicating functionalities can cause conflicts and issues. If you disable the plugin and clicking on Explore loads the functionality as expected.
If you have decided to use that plugin instead of SG Optimizer I would suggest contacting their support. If you plan on using our plugin I would suggest disabling the W3 Total Cache, enable ours, configure it, and if you have any issues, contact us right away.
Kind regards,
StoyanHey @sailnet,
I am happy you managed to figure things out. I am marking this as resolved. However, if you still have any issues in the future, feel free to contact us!

StoyanHello there,
Can you provide a site URL, so we can have a look at your website? Could you provide a more detailed example of the issues, so we can try to replicate and help you solve them?
Kind regards,
StoyanHello there,
To find which scripts are causing the unique id generations, you can go to your file manager -> wp-content->uploads->siteground-optimizer-assets. From there locate the combined scripts that are of the same size. Download them to your local machine and use a terminal to run the following command:
cd path/to/your/files
vimdiff combinedfile1.js combinedfile2.jsAfter running those commands you will be able to see what is generating the unique ids. You can exclude the scripts after you find the issue causing that.
We have improved the method for the regular assets clean-up and we have also increased the limits for stopping the js combination. After the latest update of the plugin, you should stop experiencing the issue with the JS Combination disabled notice.
However, if you still have any issues in the future, feel free to contact us!

StoyanHey @saumiwordpressorg,
We have compared same-size combined files and excluded a js from the combination, that was adding unique ids to your elements. Your plugin was patched to work as expected.
You can start a new thread with explanation on the issue, so we can have another look at it.

StoyanHey @fus3d,
I had another look. Go to your Avada Options -> Performance and disable the CSS Compiling Method. After that disable the JS Compiler. Purge the cache and you can enable the js combination. I would recommend not to duplicate site optimizations from multiple places(theme settings and plugins). This could lead to unexpected behaviour and conflicts.
We have checked your website and patched your plugin. First purge the SG-cache from the admin bar, after that enable the JS Combination. After that everything should work as expected.

I had a look and there is no issue when activating the JS Combination. You can enable it now without any issues.

StoyanHello there,
We had a look at your website. The layout shift is caused by the lazyloading of the image next to the text in the first section of your website. The lazyload is working as expected but since the image is in that first visible section you experience this little content shift.
To fix this you can add a custom class to that image and exclude it from the Media Optimization->Lazy Load media -> Exclude from Lazy Load and choose the class you have added to the image. After that purge the cache. This will stop the lazyloading for that image and the layout shift should be gone.

I had a look at your website and you can now enable the option. I have noticed that you are using another plugin for website optimization. I recommend using only one plugin for optimizations since using multiple plugins for the same optimizations may lead to unexpected behavior and conflicts.

To fix the issue you would have to go to your Elementor settings -> Advanced and from there switch the CSS Printing method to Internal Embedding. After that Purge the SG Cache. Enable the JS Combination after that. Everything should work as expected now. However, if you have any issues, feel free to reach back at us!

We had a look at your website. The issue you are experiencing is because one of Divi theme settings you have. In order to fix this go to
Divi Theme Options-> Builder->Advanced and enable the Output Styles Inline option. After that click on the Clear button next to Static CSS File Generation. When you have enabled the option, Purge SG Cache, go to our plugin and you will be able to activate the JS Combination.Kind regards,
