In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Cache folder getting huge (over 80 GB)I’m still having the same trouble, and in attempting to clear out the 20gb cache folder this morning, I noticed that randomly some of the folders end up owned by root, not sure if this is causing some of the issue with the plugin not clearing these folders.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Cache folder getting huge (over 80 GB)Hi @vmarko
Thanks for the update here, I had seen that guidance, is that a new concern? These sites have been setup this way for years and have just now started to have this disk usage problem.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Cache folder getting huge (over 80 GB)I’m seeing the same behavior on several sites. Where the disk based object cache in particular keeps increasing and clearing the cache has no effect.

But in this case, I’m trying to locate a page with ‘e-bike’ in the title.
Hi Mej,
That fixed the problem, thanks for the quick turn around on that!As a side note, I am noticing that the search logic isn’t great, ie: ‘bike’ pulls up ‘bike’ and ‘bikes’ but not ‘e-bike’.
It might be beneficial to bring back the list of posts/pages with the search as an option.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [Autoptimize] The resource from was blocked due to MIME typeSorry, I had those settings you recommended going but had to bail on the plugin since the js failure was so sporadic, it made it too difficult to debug and I was relying on user feedback, which wasn’t ideal.

I am reasonably certain that the autoptimize cache wasn’t cleared manually and I am unaware of any intended connections to the API.
Are there known cases where plugins / themes would automatically try to clear the cache through the API?
Or, could there be a conflict between the automptimize cache and the WPEngine cache or other meddling from WPEngine?
And finally, could this same behavior be happening with the js on the page, but that might be less noticeable since it doesn’t immediately make the styling fail?
Thank you!
Ok, I continued to dig into the WooCommerce settings and found your emails listed under the email settings with the titles of:
Confirm Subscriber
Alert SubscriberThis was a little confusing since we have subscriptions as part of our store. I would recommend renaming those something along the lines of:
Confirm Stock Alert Subscriber
Alert Stock Alert SubscriberThank you for your help
Hi @wcmp, Thank you for the video, which displays that you have a different subject line than I am seeing. My question is, how can I change that subject line? I don’t see an option in the admin settings.
Hi David,
Are you implying that it is at least a two step process to publish each post to social media? I’m noticing that the Social Media box states “Save post to access social media timeline”.Is there a way to have the free plugin automatically post to a social network like when the post is published?
Just curious if this was going to get fixed in the next release of ITS and when that might be. Thanks!
