To display a category in the navigation, go to Appearance > Menus.

From there, enable the check box for the specific category you want to add to your navigation and click Add to Menu.

Are you trying to create a static home page and then designate a different page for your blog posts? For example, https://www.myblog.com/blog ?

To do this, create your page and then go to Settings > Reading and change the Front Page Displays to A static page.

Select your static page and your new page for the blog posts. All your blog posts will be moved to the new page.

Edit the page and on the right side, under Visibility, is it set to Password Protected? If so, change it to Public for everyone to see.

Stats usually take a while to show up in Google Analytics. If you check the next day you will probably see some hits.

How long ago did you install it?

Did you password protect the page?

Most likely this is spam. I recommend going to General and look for Membership. Uncheck Anyone can register.

To change your site title, go to SEO and click on Titles & Metas. From there click on the Home tab.

Then enter your site title in the text box labeled for Title Template.

Save the changes and now your site title has been changed.
