thank you for your reply. After many tries I’ve realised that when I’m filling the shipping address (for example Greece, Athens) the costs goes zero as it has to be.

What is the way so that the cost does not depend on the billing or shipping address but only on whether the order is over 50 euros? As a matter of fact, the country of choice is only Greece. I am attaching 2 screenshots which are shown without shipping address (with 3 eur shipping costs) and with filled the shipping address (with 0 euro shipping costs)

Hello I’ve added the code but it still isn’t working.

I’ve done many combinations of adding products and moving to checkout and here is what I’ve found. When I’m adding a product with >50 euro which is my rule shipping method of free shipping is working fine.

When I’m trying to add a second product and im forcing to checkout there are all the possible shipping methods. If I go back at shopping cart and add more quantity of second product and I move on at checkout it’s working fine and brings me up only free shipping.

does it make sense?
