In reply to: [Caldera Forms Anti Spam] ERROR for siteowner: invalid key typeI’m getting this to. I’m using theme Divi 4.4.1. The error message has only appeared this afternoon. Tested on Mac, iPhone and iPad.
PS if I click on exact metrics, I get a never ending circle of dots just as Denn1947 described yesterday.
Hi Marko,
Thanks for the reply. I’ve marked the issue as resolved. I used W3TC to purge all caches immediately after updating and before opening the site on any platform. I opened the site twice on Google Chrome for iPad, with the same issue on both occasions, didn’t happen on any other device that I have. Don’t have any Windows or Android device so no idea how it performs on those platforms.
Been out all day, re-tested on all platforms, now loading perfectly normally all devices including Google Chrome for iPad.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] XML sitemaps not found by SEO scanning servicesHi Pcosta88
Many thanks, that seams to have done the trick. I appreciate you don’t know how these scanning services work. I also can’t get through to the people who do. The only thing the Yell representative was able or willing to say, is their tool is more closely linked to Google than any other.
I can report my SEO score on Yell has jumped from 1.7 to 8.2 out of 10 and from 59 to 62 out of 100 on WooRank. Obviously WooRank consider it good practice and Yell critical to add sitemaps to robots.txt.
Thanks Luke,
I thought that might be the response. I had a similar issue with another plug-in previously, it turned out the plug-in author inserted a code error in an update which GOTMLS identified as typical malware code and flagged it up. The issue was resolved at the next update of the plug-in, hopefully the same will happen with Woocommerec PDF Invoices.

In reply to: [Google for WordPress] Double HyphenI’m marking this as resolved because the W3C Validation is no longer throwing double hyphen errors at me.

In reply to: [Unite Gallery Lite] ResponsiveHi Valiano,
Thanks for the reply, my website is fully responsive, I’m using Divi theme version 2.7.5, all other pages respond to the size of the screen on which it’s being viewed.
I’ll submit a ticket at valiano.ticksy.com.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Known ThreatsThanks David,
That line’s a little blurred, it’s the free plug-in I installed with a paid extension. I’ve also got the free version on a second site which yielded the same known threat message until your 1.12.12 update. Hope you can issue an update soon to eliminate the problem with the paid version to.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Known ThreatsHi David,
Here’s the response of GOTMLS plugin author, whole conversation here:
On lines 1028 and 1055 of …/plugins/updraftplus/class-updraftplus.php
There is some poorly written HTML that is written to files using the file_put_contents function. This bad HTML looks just like the stuff that hackers inject into themes and templates. The current code starts with a /body tag (which is wrong) and does not have a closing anchor tag (also wrong):
<html></body>…</body></html>The code needs to be fixed on both lines to be something like this:
<html><body>…</body></html>Feel free to relay this to the developers of that plugin.
Hi Eli,
Many thanks for your response, I’ll relay the message.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Known ThreatsThanks David,
With over 100,000 active installs and 5 star rating from 339 reviews, GOTMLS.I’d anticipate a lot of people to getting the same message. Which surprised me as I’ve been using both plug-ins for a long time and not had this message about your plug-in previously.
GOTMLS.net have issued another set of definitions today and is still identifying your PHP files as a known security threat.
I will as you suggest contact Eli Scheetz to see if he can shed some light on why your PHP file is now identified as a known security threat.
