In reply to: [Action Scheduler] Email delayHi @sottovoce,
The action scheduler is actually part of WooCommerce core and is not something that can be used to delay the sending of emails.
To delay email sending in WooCommerce you have two options.
- Have a developer write some custom code that could delay the email sending for you.
- Use a plugin like AutomateWoo, where you can create a custom email using a workflow that can be delayed for a set period of time from that email creation screen.
If using a plugin like AutomateWoo, you would need to deactivate the default WooCommerec email you’re replacing with your custom email from WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] how to refrence in code woocommerce blocks?Hi @derrida,
For reference, these particular forums are meant for general support with the core functionality of WooCommerce itself. For questions related to development and custom coding, it’s best to ask for insight related to those on either the WooCommerce Advanced Facebook group or the WooCommerce Developer Slack Channel.
I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get some further insight/information.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issue with Password Change Email for New Registered UsersHi @budkhand,
The only setting, if enabled, within the free WooCommerce plugin that would send an email to change a password after a customer registers an account would be this setting below.
Screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cecoNuLu2_5
Deactivating that setting would prevent any password change emails from being sent to customers of a WooCommerce installation after they register an account.
I’ve also performed some cross-testing for us today on several of my sites with the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and our free Storefront theme as the only enabled software. When doing so, I’ve been unable to replicate the behaviour you describe after deactivating that setting within WooCommerce.
From what you have described, it could be code from another plugin or theme which has caused a possible conflict and affected the functionality of WooCommerce.
To see if that is the case we’d suggest carrying out a conflict test on your site by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like Storefront. This will help with trying to and locate what software you have installed which could possibly be causing this behaviour? You could use a free plugin called Health Check and Troubleshooting to carry out such testing.
When in Troubleshooting mode all plugins will be deactivated and only the admin of the site carrying out the troubleshooting would see those changes. Any customers visiting the site would see no changes at all.
Once you have disabled all other plugins and switched theme if the behaviour is resolved you can then enabled your theme and sites plugins testing after each one is enabled until the behaviour returns to locate the culprit.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Incorrect State CodesHi there,
I am reporting a small issue which should be fixed ASAP. The state codes of few Indian states like Chhattisgarh are wrong.
The state code of Chhattisgarh on WooCommerce is CT and the correct code is CG.
Please check the state code list here
I have added an issue to the WooCommerce Github repository to have our developer investigate this further. You can keep track and contribute to that issue from this link below.

I hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Broken product pageHi @holaborix
Hello, I am having the following problem when a particular user enters the product page. Even if we move it to the right place, you update and stay in the same place. We tested with 3 different browsers.
From what I understand and looking at your screenshot, the content of your product edit screen is displayed within the right-hand sidebar. When you re-arrange the content using drag and drop to the correct position after updating the product, the content returns to the right sidebar. Would that be correct?
I’ve performed some cross-testing for us today on several of my sites with the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and our free Storefront theme as the only enabled software. When doing so, I’ve been unable to replicate the behaviour you describe with the elements not remaining in the selected positions.

In reply to: [Invoice Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] payment_method is not one of…Hi @eriklenaerts,
I tested the gateway today with the latest version of WooCommerce and the Storefront theme as the only activated software and couldn’t initially replicate the same behaviour.
Can you let me know what other payment methods you have enabled on the site alongside the Invoice gateway method at WooCommerce > Settings > Payments? Do you have WooCommerce Payments enabled?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce All Products block will not display ChineseHi @johocen168
The fix which our developers have applied will be available in a future update to the free WooCommerce Blocks plugin. Eventually, that fix will be merged into the main WooCommerce plugin too.
While I don’t have an ETA on when a new version of WooCommerce Blocks you will see an update and fix applied displayed on this page below when released.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce All Products block will not display ChineseHi @johocen168
After some testing on my installs it seems like a possible bug in WooCommerce wich is preventing the “x in cart” text from being sucsfully translated.
I have opened an issue on the WooCommerce plugins developer board which you can follow the progress of below and reply to if necassary as anyone can contribute to the WooCommerce plugin with it being open-source software.

I hope this helps.
