    Hello,
    Thank you for your reply.

No, I’m not using a SEO plugin. Because I’m using an older version of WP, I removed all the plugins except for what I absolutely need. I’m moving the site in about a month, I’m trying to get get through the next month.

WP automatically puts in the noopener noreferrer when you use target=”_blank” – I need to know the pluging or whatever it is that removes it.

    I’m using PHP 7.3
Sorry, I can’t send you a system status from Woo, because Woo won’t install. I can’t do: WooCommerce > Status > System Status – because there is no Woo (: If you can tell me how to force install Woo, I will be happy to do that.

I attempted to install Woo via wordpress > plugins and ftp’d the file to the server. When I ftp’d the file, WP saw the plugin, but it wouldn’t activate it, of course, but at least it saw it.

After doing more research I found that this is a common problem – using PHP 7.0+ and Woo not recognizing it. I found several tricks to tell Woo that the server is using 7.0+ without jumping through hoops to figure out what is wrong with Woo and disrupting other websites on that server, but I’m not sure which one is the best.

What needs to be added to which file to tell Woo “this is correct, install”?
(edit the .htaccess? or creating a php.ini? or what?)

    Thanks.

I’m pretty sure (but not positive) it’s a WordPress problem since it is happening on every installation except for a freshly installed demo site.

The freshly installed demo site doesn’t have any extra plugins installed so you never have to scroll down to see the entire sidebar in the Dashboard.

It seems once a dashboard sidebar contains enough options that you must scroll down to see all the options there is a problem with the post/page editors

I even made a video to show the issue: https://youtu.be/pCUNqFw_Brw No Audio.
