I think I may have found a solution that worked for me at least.

Go to permalinks in settings, change your structure to something other than your default, then save.

Then select your usual permalink, for example, postname and save.

Return to your problem pages and check status.

    I hope this helps.

I’ve posted this error on github for the team to see and suggest anyone else who has same error does so too.

Same issue, even with all plugins disabled.
I can still use the classic editor to edit existing posts but I am not able to create new posts or pages as the above error shows instead.

I did post my full error code above but for some reason it has been held for moderation.

What a shame. I’ve been searching through a variety of download plugins and yours is by far the cleanest and most presentable.

The only thing that is missing is the ability to add a short description to the download related to the content.

I hope you may consider this in the future.

Great plugin for those not needing this function and thank you for your hard work.

    Thanks for the reply Samuel.

That was the first thing I tried before submitting my question but it did not appear to be working for me.

Upon retrying, following your suggestion I have managed to get it working. It seems I must press enter after entering the embed code and then save. If I just enter the code in the HTML block and update it doesn’t show on the frontend.

    Thank you for your assistance.

Lastly, I also tried with a temp user i’ve had on my site for a while.

    Here’s the result

WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘request_id’ in ‘field list’]
    SELECT COUNT(request_id) as requests_made FROM wp_gdpr_requests WHERE email = ‘stu****@****.com’ AND request_time > NOW() – INTERVAL 1 DAY

WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘http_user_agent’ in ‘field list’]
    INSERT INTO wp_gdpr_requests SET email = ‘[email protected]’, status = ‘0’, http_user_agent = ‘Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/**.0.**59.**1 Safari/***.36’, http_accept_language = ‘en-US,en;q=0.9′, server_addr = ’77.***.***.**’, remote_addr = ‘**.***.***.240’, confirmation_string = ‘JF1C*****5MMAL***VZAO1DCGP3JD’, request_time = ‘2018-05-27 21:51:30’, request_type = ‘1’, timestamp = ‘152***7890’

WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘request_id’ in ‘where clause’]
    UPDATE wp_gdpr_requests SET code = ‘0***922**2300’ WHERE request_id = 0

Here’s one of the error codes from the new user.

WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘request_id’ in ‘field list’]
    SELECT COUNT(request_id) as requests_made FROM wp_gdpr_requests WHERE email = ‘stu*****@dr.com’ AND request_time > NOW() – INTERVAL 1 DAY

It doesn’t change even when I alter the number of allowed requests.

I’ve added the suggested Dfacory plugin as a temporary measure.

Thank you for you reply and explanation Tobias

I always wondered why sometimes the backend of large tables would take a while to load sometimes.

Other than that, for me your plugin has always operated flawlessly and for that I am very grateful.

    Many thanks indeed

I’m still in process of trying to clean my site.

For the benefit of others, I also picked up this malicious script whilst on TSO host.

Sadly I migrated to a new host and it appears the code came with me.

TSO Host is definitely linked to this in some way.

I’ve just deleted File-away after giving it a trial and you are right.
Even after deleting the plugin, the iframe php file is still left behind in the theme files and needs to be manually deleted.

Many thanks Rafasashi, I think it’s well worth doing as more websites are being urged to install SSL as part of Googles new push in relation to rankings etc.

    Great job btw.

Hi, As Google pushes more users to change to https as I have now done with all of my sites, does that mean that this plugin will no longer work in its present form?

I’m trying to link two https sites also.

The default web address that is shown in the plugins site box look like

    mysite.com
    mysite2.com

    I changed this to:

    https://mysite.com
    https://mysite2.com

Was this the correct move or should I have left the site address with what the plugin detected as mysite.com only, without the https prefix?

Would this have worked or is there currently no support for https?

I hope you don’t mind me adding this question onto this current topic.

    Regards
