I did try to add this shortcode to my functions php file but it returned an error. I think I probably put it in the wrong place as I am not familiar with script.

function img_shortcode($atts, $content=null){
return <img src=”‘ . $content . ‘” />‘;
}
add_shortcode(‘img’, ‘img_shortcode’);

I’m not sure how to add a basic validation to ensure that there is text in between the IMG shortcode boxes.
Can anyone assist me with this please?

I think it’s a plugin problem rather than a theme one.

Just for info if others face a similar issue.

I’m using easy comment uploads plugin. When active I can see images but only in the comments tab of the dashboard.

When I deactivate the plugin I cannot see the images in comments section.

Still doesn’t change fact they are not visible on my site pages but at least I’m getting closer.

Ok I will give it a try but I’ve spent two days on this so far and pulling my hair out.

The weird thing is that when I view comments in in the dashboard I can see all of the images but when I view the comments on the main site page I can only see a link.

BTW I have tried a rebuild thumbnails plugin but no joy.

I eventually managed to purchase a subscription but only after using yet another e-mail address, going through to paypal, selecting new user following all the steps and eventually linking it to my current paypal account. The payment was then accepted.

There is a major error somewhere along the line as it took me over four hours to eventually sign up.
By far the most frustrating part was that I couldn’t log in to symposium at all untill the subscription went through.
Even though the symposium log in page said you need to complete your subscription, on clicking the link an error always occured no matter what username/ e-mail or browser I used. I even tried a different computer and the results were the same.

I’m just concerned for you guys in that you may be loosing valuable business due to this.

I think a lot of peeps are asking the same question but it looks like this plugin has been abandoned.
You could try the plugin WP User Frontend. It didn’t work on my theme, possibly due to a plugin clash but it might be worth a go.

It’s the only other similar plugin I can find that is current.

It was the comments made by my users. The replies were getting formatted narrower and narrower until they would dissapear off the page.

I think I may have resolved the matter. I changed the nested comments settings from 10 to 8 and the replies now appear to be formatting correctly.

At least I hope they are now. ??

This may also help others as I have just found out what was stopping my Java search functions from working.

IF you have W3 Total Cache plugin installed on your wordpress site you must NOT select ENABLE MINIFY in the plugins settings menu as it will disable your java functions in WP-Tables-Reloaded

Fantastic plugin, It really is a work of art.

Only one problem for me. All was working fine on a list of around 300 street names. Pagination and search were both working.

Logged in today no search function and no pagination. I changed the settings to display the full list. Still no pgination etc.
I then changed settings back to a shorter list of say 30 rows but table would not change back to this and stayed at full length.
Any ideas?

My Kammona plugin appears to work fine in Google Chrome but in both Firefox & Explorer all I see is a small grey box above the add.
Ie there is no advertise here logo visible relating to Kamoona just the Adsense ad.

Any advice would be great.
