In reply to: [WooCommerce] Missing WooCommerce Product ImagesThank you for your feedback Pepe. I appreciate it. Luckily there were not a huge number of products with missing photos so I did end up reassigning their images through WooCommerce directly. We did not use Jetpack Backups but a different backup plugin and now also have a daily backup option through the hosting company.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Missing WooCommerce Product ImagesThe other thing I noticed is that when I directly re-uploaded the missing product images via FTP to their original folders, the variations of those original images (in various sizes) were not created so I am finding sections in the online store such as with the recommended products where many of those images are missing even though they are displaying on the actual product pages. I am not seeing any easy way to correct these issues without having to go into each product in WooCommerce and re-assign photos again so the thumbnails and other multiple-sized images can be re-created with them. I had thought about trying another plugin such as Velvet Blues to see if that might help to update the URL’s for the product images. Any thoughts?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Missing WooCommerce Product ImagesThanks. I re-saved the permalinks structure as you suggested and then cleared the cache of the site and can report that this did <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>not </span>fix the situation with the missing product images inside of the WooCommerce dashboard. As I mentioned earlier, the images do display correctly on the site itself since I manually uploaded them via FTP but WooCommerce is not recognizing them within the dashboard itself. When I go to edit one of these products inside of WooCommerce, I basically see empty spaces with the alt tags and a question mark where the images should be displaying. It is like the program knows they are there but is unable to actually display the images in the plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Missing WooCommerce Product ImagesThank you for the suggestions, Darla. I appreciate it. The theme was never deactivated on the site so I don’t think that would be the issue. I can try to flush the permalinks as you suggested but am a little concerned about what might happen if I do that. Do you think that could lead to duplicate images appearing on the site since I’ve already manually uploaded those missing images back to their original directories in the Uploads folder via FTP?
I also ran a security scan on one of my sites that uses the Avada theme and noticed a lot of “integrity data not found” warnings pertaining to Avada related plugins including their core plugins. The messages say “suspicious code found”. I’m assuming these are just something to do with your way your plugin scans the proprietary Avada files but it would be nice to know if all of us Avada users need to worry about this or not? Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce CloudSwipe Payments] Upgrade from MijirehIs anybody reading these? I’m sure we are not the only ones wondering about the status of this plugin and if the support for it is gone.
OK, it seems to be working now. I also had to restrict it on the Products pages to prevent it from popping up in the online store. Thank you!
Nastia,
I also noticed that even though I clearly have the Opt-In Display Conditions set to only display the popup on the Home page of the site, it is popping up on all pages of the site. It’s interesting because the option to not display it on mobile devices is working correctly so I’m not sure why the other is not? Any suggestions?
Nastia,
The new CSS code did not work. Even the second snippet to hide from mobile devices did not hide the popup. I have turned off the popup completely for now in the display condition settings on all mobile devices until your team has the issue resolved. Thank you.
Hello,
I have tried adding the CSS as you suggested but it did not fix the issue. Even increasing the margin-top to 200px, made no difference. For now, I have left the popup active on mobile devices so you can see for yourself how it displays but I can not leave it long since many of our site visitors come from mobile devices. Thank you.
Sorry for the typo! The URL is https://flexnutrition.net/.
Hello Nastia,
Thank you for your quick response. No, the popup was not created using your Custom Content option, just the regular Email Opt-ins feature. We have it connected to our Mail Chimp list.
We still don’t have it enabled for mobile devices as we don’t want it to block people from navigating the site. The URL is https://flexnutrtition.net.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast conflict, still breaks Visual ComposerBetween theme updates and Yoast plugin updates, we were able to get the Visual Composer working again a few months ago.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast conflict, still breaks Visual ComposerWe have been having the same issues with Yoast 3.0.6 breaking the Visual Composer for a site using the Medicenter WordPress theme running WordPress 4.4.This was brought to the attention of the theme developer almost 4 weeks ago. They have advised that we need to wait for Yoast to correct the issue. Deactivating the Yoast plugin does bring back the Visual Composer but of course we want to be able to use the plugin since we’ve spent all the time optimizing the site’s pages with it. Hopefully this will be fixed very soon as I’m sure there are a lot of others experiencing the same issues.
