Thank you. I will let them know about your thoughts regarding the multiple calculations.
OK, thanks. Would this be similar to the “Split Donations” Add-on idea listed on your site or would that require pre-configured amounts attached to each option?

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast SEO Tour Will Not CloseNo, the site is not running any caching plugins. We ended up installing All In One SEO Pack instead and had no similar issues with that plugin.

In reply to: Privately Published Pages with Woo CommerceAfter testing the privately published option on another test site, I discovered that this does apparently make a difference when trying to add products to the shopping cart as I received the same “sorry” message. When I changed the product’s visibility back to “public”, I was able to add the item to the Woo Commerce shopping cart. Hopefully this helps others who have come across the same experience.

In reply to: Auto Update to 4.1.2 failedFolders are set at 0755 and files at 0644. I had updated the default WordPress themes that were installed in the directory but not the actual theme being used by the site itself.

In reply to: Auto Update to 4.1.2 failedI may have found a possible cause with this issue. The owner of the site has informed me that it was just automatically updated to WordPress version 3.7.6 today. I’m guessing trying to make the jump from 3.7.6 to 4.1.2 may be too large of a leap? Does that sound correct? The site is using the old Agent theme from Studio Press. Do you recommend trying to manually override all WordPress files via FTP to get the version up to date or do you think this will crash the site completely since the theme is so old? Thanks!

In reply to: Auto Update to 4.1.2 failedThanks @wslade! I have tried downloading the update and uploading the file in question. While that error message was now removed when trying to run the “Update Now”, it’s been replaced with another file it says it cannot copy. I’ve tried this 5 different times and each time I re-run the Update Now, I get a new file showing it cannot be copied and the update failing. My guess is if upload the entire wp-admin/includes directory, I will get a new set of error messages saying other files in other directories could not be copied. There’s something strange going on here because all other automatic updates to other sites have worked without a hitch so far.

In reply to: Auto Update to 4.1.2 failedSorry about that. I will remember to post separately next time. The site in question is still up and running with no problems and I am able to log into the dashboard. The issue is that the “Update Now” button for WordPress 4.1.2 is producing the failed error message as reported above. All other themes and plugins are updated on the site with the exception of the 4.1.2 update for WordPress.

In reply to: Auto Update to 4.1.2 failedWe are also having an issue with the auto update of 4.1.2 failing to install. The error message we are receiving is:
Downloading update from https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/release/wordpress-4.1.2-new-bundled.zip… Unpacking the update… Could not copy file.: wordpress/wp-admin/includes/nav-menu.php Installation Failed
Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you.

In reply to: [User Access Manager] Subscriber User GroupsOk, thanks for letting me know. I’ll keep it in mind for future projects.

In reply to: [User Access Manager] Subscriber User GroupsSorry. No luck on this end as I never heard back from the developer and the project I was working on with this particular plugin never materialized so I did not end up needing to use the plugin.
Sorry. I just figured it out after digging further into your support forum and noticed you had a reference about turning on the “Archive Flush” option in the settings. That worked great! Thanks again for a great plugin!!
I keep getting a Build Interrupt error every time I try to backup one of my sites using Duplicator. I have used the plugin several times on other sites with success but for some reason, cannot get it to work on this one. The error I’m receiving is displayed below.
When I go to view the tmp file listed, there is nothing there. It does not exist in the directory. Any suggestions? Thanks.

In reply to: [Clean Testimonials] Submission Form IssueThanks. We appreciate it. Hopefully it will be something you can figure out. If not, I have replaced the page with a standard form created with Contact Form 7 for now. It won’t be automated like your plugin but at least it will display properly.
