Yes, all the imported reviews do indeed have a date specified. I’d like to preserve that date though and not tamper with it, especially since adding date=”Y” to the shortcode used to work as intended. Even if I changed the “Submitted” date in the backend, I think it would still show “a month ago” and so on on the frontend. Or it might be that I misunderstand you here.

I just stumbled upon the solution by accident: I had to reset the password for my main account. No reason given, I just had to. It’s a shame I got no email notification or something. I only discovered it by accident because the main account is barely used, we mainly use sub-accounts to log in.

I’m afraid that doesn’t change anything. It even occurs to completely new visitors, who have never accessed the site before and thus have no cache of it at all.

I’m having the same issue.

Yesterday it was working fine, today it throws this error message, the same that you got. I’ve not changed any code in the meantime.

It’s driving me nuts, I’ve been searching for the cause for 90 minutes now, but it must be something on their end.

Might not be the solution you’re looking for, but I use WPML’s string translation feature to translate this plugin. Works great.

In the meantime, I’ve worked around the issue by indeed editing the database entries manually, changing the “last updated” date of the entry in question, so that the HPOS entry was newer than the legacy entry. Once I did this, the “Clean up order data from legacy tables” tool was able to finish its task and now all legacy data has been removed.
