I downloaded the 1.7 and when I tried to upload and install. I got this:
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

it happens because zip file you try to upload exceeds your hosting config

….and naturally, I don’t have access to that. I don’t think, I have reseller hosting. So, I am offically farked until the code monkeys decide to release an update.

have you ftp access? simply unzip and upload, replacing wp-content/plugins/jetpack

I restore one day ago backup of jetpack folder

I commented out line 148 of /wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/inc/secure.php

// $bwps->clearcache();

Now all working well.

Anyway, not sure if now there is few protection…

I activate debug log, but when I log into my dashboard, was deleted even debug log file!

I installed this plugin and I have same issue: a lot of cron jobs “clean_cache_event”.
How can I fix?
