I was able to activate it. Preview worked fine for me. Now waiting to see if the client is happy.

To install, do I deactivate, delete and reinstall the new version?

I ended up having to restore the website from a week old backup because the new plugin is just no good and it was preventing access to Customer Lists.

I deactivated and deleted v2.70. I installed the new version. But I am unable to activate it. It just refreshes the Plugin screen and remains Deactivated.

It happens when my client tries to Edit a Page. She was working on the Home page and that error keeps showing up.

I wasn’t even able to deactivate and delete it. So, I deleted the directory via FTP and reinstalled. That worked. I now have the most recent version. No error messages.

I bought the $7 single site license. Is that the Pro version?

I know the other site is not an accordion. I just want mine to be thin and for text to wrap around it. Not possible?

Did I buy the wrong versin for “Keep open first accordion on load” feature?

I am also trying to figure out how to start the accordion with all of the titles closed. It wants to default to one being open.

Hi James. Are you sure? I did the upgrade to v4.4.1 and the issue returned. So, I put the misc.php back (via FTP).

I am having the same problem. It’s a fresh install of the plugin with just one downloadable product. I added one product. picked an image (250 x 250px jpg) and it is not showing up.

I am on my 3rd wave of infection. I think even my backups are infected. I did so much work to restore from backup. Are my SQL databases infected? I have no idea where to go from here. There is .exe virus code showing up at the top of all of my .php-files throughout all of my websites. Any advice is appreciated. Or if you think you can fix this, I will pay for the help.

Step #1: Restore all code from backup on Godaddy.com by going to FTP File Manager and hitting History, setting to a past date and restoring all directories.
Step #2: Reset password on Admin and remove all users.
Step #3: Change FTP password(s).
Step #4: Delete or change passwords to all WP website user accounts.
Step #5: Re-install WordPress.
Step #6: Change password into Domain Registration (GoDaddy)
Step #7: FTP databases from Backup (I use WP-DBmanager plugin) from website to my local hard drive. Rename each to match the domain name. Scan for viruses.
Step #8: Restore databases from backup.
