Hey Darell. Yes agreed! That was indeed my intention – to write a glowing review on the plugin for you, but it’s hard for me to do that with this one, as I don’t have the IT skillset necessary to use the plugin properly yet, which was why I was hoping to get your help on it. I’m ok with fairly simple plugins that only offer a couple of options, but I need much better skill levels to make yours do what I need – duplicating my band pages from a forms input (or whatever it needs?). I know a skilled user could do it all in a few minutes, but that’s not me just yet. Anyway, if I can figure it out at some point and make it work, I’ll jump back in and make a cracking review. Thanks for your fast reply – it’s very much appreciated.

Thanks mate – yeah, I know your end of things will be perfect. At my end, I’m using that exact code you gave me, I’ve cleared the caches of 4 different browsers like 20 times now, and I STILL get the thing saying “5 out of 5 stars (based on 17 reviews)”. In actual fact, that text would be fine, if the hyperlink would work again like it used to on the “17 Reviews” part of the text – it works in the edit screen, but not live. Anyhoo, I’ll keep looking – I’ll find the culprit somewhere. Thanks so much though.. ??

Thanks so much mate. Copied/pasted exactly. ?? But still, the hyperlink fails to materialise – just rendering as all plain text. I must have an error somewhere else? (although it seems to be a hyperlink in the WordPress backend on the band page when I’m editing it).

Oh.. I thought the words “stars from” and “Reviews!” bit of the code was the text option that I needed to include..:

text=” {rating} stars from {num} Reviews!“]

Wrong, right? ??

Thank you, I checked those, no issues there though. Maybe I’ve screwed up my custom CSS somehow.. But it seems fine too. Here’s my heading code on that band page: [site_reviews_summary class="inline-summary" hide="bars,rating" text=" {rating} stars from <a href="#reviews">{num} Reviews!</a>"] . Shouldn’t the <a href="#reviews">{num} Reviews!</a>"] section of that line turn the words “17 reviews” into a hyperlink that drops the page down to the reviews section when clicked? I’ve got page scroll to ID active. Was working great a few weeks ago! ??

Thanks. I don’t recall changing anything, so not sure why it’s displaying and working differently suddenly. I know it won’t be the plugin – it’ll be me – I must have changed something somewhere on the site.. I’m pretty cr*p at this stuff but I’ll start looking. Thanks.

Hello again mate. I had my site reviews sorted with the layout I liked, thanks to your great assistance. Suddenly they’ve reverted back to the old way the link at the top of my page looked though, and it’s not clickable to the lower part of the page anymore where the reviews start. I’ve tried to see where the error is, but I’m lost. Is it obvious to you what’s up?

The current shortlist plugin I was discussing with you here is one I’m currently probably going to deactivate – it’s reliant on people signing up first with me before they can have the simple functionality of adding a band to a list they can then send me.. It’s the last in a long line of basic plugins I thought would do the job, but every single one so far has required customers sign-up before they can interact with the shortlist/favourite/bookmark or whatever its called plugin. I’m yet to find anything that simply allows someone to favourite/bookmark/shortlist a band, and then just send that list to me with a message of their requirements.. I thought it would be simple. Maybe I just haven’t found one yet, but I have tried so many. I’ll keep looking and I hope to get back to you when I find one. Thanks again, Stu.

and let me know how this form can include the Shortlisted bands the customer might have included onto this page when they clicked the “Bookmark This Band” button earlier to create a shortlist? So far, when I click the “Send Shortlist” button to test the page, it only sends me the form, but the included bands on the Shortlist don’t get sent with it. Is there a way to include them?
