In reply to: [We’re Open!] Displaying incorrect timesHi,
We added your shortcode to the original code which was in the header and it worked! So all good. I’m not sure what went wrong with the test snippet.
Thanks again for your help on this.
Hi iDesi,
Did you write a support ticket regarding the issue to Elementor?

In reply to: [We’re Open!] Displaying incorrect timesHi,
Thank you for your help.
We’ve made a test page to try out your suggestion.
The shortcode we used is:
[open_text update="immediate" time_format=”12_colon”]
%if_open%
Open NOW: %hours_today%
%else%
%if_open_later%
We are open later: %hours_today%
%else%
Open again: %hours_tomorrow%
%end%
%end%
[/open_text]For some reason we have hit another problem, it displays in 24-hour time format instead of 12-hour. Do you have any ideas why this might be happening?
Regards,
Rob

Hi iDesi,
Have you found a fix yet for the hidden elements displaying on mobile after the Elementor update? I’m experiencing the same issue as you.
Regards, Rob

In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] Pagination buttons images doesn’t workHi
Pagination buttons for me haven’t worked since version 2.40.1 Jan 25, 2020.
I’m still using this old version until you release a fix that works.
My WordPress site is built using Elementor.
The url is https://penningtonphillips.co.uk testimonials are near the bottom/footer.
The buttons have changed shape throughout the updates to various things such as chevrons and arrows, but now they are square.

Please refer to the link to see the buttons as squares.Do you anticipate fixing the pagination buttons?
Many thanks
RobHi Nick, i’ve managed to resolve the issue now, it was due to the columns used to divide the calendar and the content.
Can someone please help?
I managed to resolve my issue by removing the plugin via FileZilla, installing the latest version and adding my API.
The plugin is loaded, but not active. It deactivated itself after the upgrade on the 20th March.
I’ll try what you suggest. Sorry for tagging an old ticket.
Hi, I experienced an error when I recently upgraded too. A warning flashed up saying invalid header, then the Google cal plugin disappeared from the dashboard and plugin page. Now my website just has this written in its place
[google-calendar-events id=”1, 3″ type=”ajax” title=”Events on”]
Please advise on what i need to do, in order to bring the calendar back.
