The order status automatically changed from “pending payment” to “processing” without a Stripe charge note or any charge ID.
If I remember correctly, pending payments move to processing once they have been paid for, or to cancelled if 30 minutes has passed without payment.

In reply to: [Async JavaScript] Not compatible with Composite ProductsI disabled all the js/css optimization settings in WPFC and excluded the jquery manager plugin as well. It didn’t seem to fix things.
I’m not sure what you mean by excluding everything under wp-includes.

In reply to: [Async JavaScript] Not compatible with Composite ProductsI did try that and it didn’t change things. I re-enabled the plugin to troubleshoot further. Here’s the page in question: https://bit.ly/3kt0dZU

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax being charged for shipping on Zero Rate usersVery well, thank you for looking into this!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax being charged for shipping on Zero Rate usersI’m using a plugin that allows me to create custom user roles, and assign a “tax class” to them. In this case, I have the roles tax class set to zero rate, which I assumed pulled information from the WooCommerce zero rate tax settings.
In my OP I linked to a screenshot of my zero rate tax settings. There’s an option as to whether or not taxes should be applied to shipping. The user role plugin does interpret zero rate correctly for products upon checkout, but only charges tax on the cost of shipping.
These are the tax settings for all products–

Edit: I’m using the premium version of this plugin–

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Shipping tax being charged to Zero Rate accountsMy mistake. Thanks for looking into it, I appreciate your help!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Shipping tax being charged to Zero Rate accountsI have tax automation disabled because I’ve set them up manually to only charge tax for sales in the state that we operate from.
Taxes are working fine. The only thing that isn’t working is zero rate roles being charged tax on shipping when I have that setting disabled. That setting comes directly from the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Shipping tax being charged to Zero Rate accountsSo as far as you can tell, my settings are as they should be and this issue doesn’t have to do with this plugin?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Shipping tax being charged to Zero Rate accountsHere’s my tax settings–
https://snipboard.io/XKGfSy.jpgI am also using an additional plugin to allow for role-based pricing, and within that the role in question is set to use my “zero rate” settings. This is working as expected apart from tax applying to the cost of shipping.
I’d like to confirm that it is not an issue with my settings or the “WooCommerce Shipping & Tax” plugin itself.
Thank you kindly for your assistance.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Shipping tax being charged to Zero Rate accountsHey sorry, I didn’t receive and email notification when notifying me of your initial response.
I am seeing that a specific user role is being charged tax on SHIPPING, even though that role is set to ZERO RATE. Tax isn’t being charged for products with a standard tax class.
