Is there a trick to get the shortcode to work in a sidebar widget?

I add the shortcode to a text widget in the sidebar but it doesn’t work.

I created a test ad following your help. To chose the right justify placement. I manually inserted a shortcode for the ad into a blog post.

But as you can see all the text is shoved down to the below right.

Any suggestions?

First let me say your support is top-notch. Thank you.

Second, I deactivated the Wizard and selected the center option for placement yet the ad still is not centered.

I activated a different theme wondering if that was the problem but it was not.

On this page at the bottom, the blue ad, you can see it is not centered: https://wusfwp.velvetinkmedia.com/about-us/

I am using visual composer but not sure that matters.

One problem with the manual insertion of the shortcode method is once you have saved the ad you can not go back and get the shortcode. The shortcode disappears. It’s there in the beginning sure, but what about later when I need it?

Also I can not center the ad as you need the placement feature to do that.

OK so I gave it a try. Unless I’m missing something this not intuitive at all. You must stretch the product description field tall to fit in products that have a lot of text. Then if you view a product with a small amount of text the screen is still just as tall. It doesn’t adjust to the content.

There has to be another way?

That didn’t work. Is there other solutions?
