Hello eoren1. Have you managed to successfully change the custom post types retaining the old permalinks? I am in the same situation as this, but the only difference is that I havent yet bought the new premium theme. I suspected such issues and wanted to find a solution before I ended spending that $50.

It would be great if you can mention what you did and if it worked so that I can try the same steps too.

Nope. Not at all. And there has been no replies or suggestions from the developer either. So I gave up.

This helped me when I had the exact same issue. Its not an issue with Firefox. Happened with all browsers for me.

Also, I have one more question. How do I get it to show all the albums?

I tried mywebsite.com/album and mywebsite.com/albums, but none of them seem to work. But mywebsite.com/album/album works fine and shows all the images.

Sorry about the double post, but what I mean is that I dont have an option to add a custom field.

I really dont think its an issue with any of the files or the theme. Because it works for everyone, but admins.

And I tried deactivating all plugins and its still the same. So I have no idea what to do now.

Ok I found out something super weird. Everyone expect for admins are able to access the backend.

I have a few people who write for my website. Some of them are authors and a some are editors. I have gotten them all to test and they are all able to access backend, including subscribers (they are able to access their profiles).

I tried giving them admin access from the database wp_usermeta and after I give them admin access, even they are unable to access it.

I need help. BADLY !!!

Thanks for the reply esmi. But I am logged using the ‘Sidebar Login’ widget. But wont be able to access wp-admin.
I tried using https://headbangers.in/wp-login.php, still it doesnt work.

One question, wouldnt this bring up posts one below another?

Since its just titles and its respective thumbnails, I want it to appear in two columns. Any idea how I can get that?

After I upgraded to WP3, mails doesnt seem to be working at all. I get the exact same error message as mentioned above in the first post when I send a test mail to myself.

When I create a new user ID, the mail with the new password doesnt come to me as well. The plugin was working absolutely fine until I upgraded to WP3.
