@basil24 My apologies, I miss read the first post and thought the issue was already fixed. I’m having my devs look into the issue as we speak and I’ll follow up with you as soon as I hear back from them.
@basil24 Thank you so much for sharing the update with us and other users.
Hi @mgz069 Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We will investigate further and put it in our upcoming roadmap to fix.
@isaabalot Chris can you resend the email and let me know the subject title.
Hello @webmark487
You can use this link with your domain to see a list of the blocked IP addresses.
yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sucuriscan_lastlogins#failed.@abdulwahab610 Thank you so much for letting us know about this issue. We will have an update made to the plugin to fix this issue in our upcoming update which we hope to roll out next week.
@isaabalot Thank you Chris. We’ll reach back out over email.
Hi @stellasidus as the error says, you might want to first check your file/directory permissions, ensure they are set to 644/755, and ensure that your WordPress installation has write access to the file system.
All FILES should have permissions set to 644 All DIRECTORIES (i.e. folders) should have permissions set to 755 And the default owner is normally owner:group should be www-data:www-data. This error typically happens when WordPress can’t write to the file structure.
Thank you@rowdya22 Sorry this is not something we currently support in the plugin but we have communicated this to our engineering team and the item have been added to the backlog for discussions and prioritization.
Hello @helga64 We haven’t been able to replicate this one. If this is still an issue, would you mind sending us an email at [email protected] so that we can narrow our search? Thanks!
@isaabalot Is this issue still occurring, if so can you please email us at [email protected] and provide us the with the site and the hosting ip address?
@isaabalot It looks like our remote scanner is still unable to reach your site. The cause may vary and sometimes security controls such as captcha might block us from reaching the site. You can use https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/ to test our ability to scan your site remotely.
@helga64 We’re going to try to see if we can duplicate the issue on our end with the two plugins. Please give us some time to check on this and we’ll respond once we have an update.
@isaabalot Please let us know if you are still having this issue. We would need more information from you in order to resolve.
@ozan1972 Looks like this is the plugin doing it’s job alerting you of possible issues. It’s possible something might have updated on your server that is now allowing the alerts to come through.
