I have checked my website with Health Check plugin. And enabled only one plugin while troubleshooting – which is content views, but the problem still persists. It has to be the core wordpress or the theme files. It has nothing to do with plugins.

Thank you for your reply. My question is that it stpped suddenly. I have installed any plugins recently. All shortcodes which are inserted in theme files stopped working. There are three plugins site review, content views and Advanced ads all are not working. If I am putting these shortcodes within post it is working, but not functioning within custom theme area, Side bar, Home Page and Footer.
