I pulled my hairs for hours. Finally i noticed that the facebook for woocommerce plugin causes the issue. I deactivated the plugin and my notifications started to work. But i need FB for woocommerce as well.

As soon as i sent this, something I remembered. The user was as editor. I made it admin. It seems okay now.
I will update here if somethings are weird.

I considered getting help about amazon s3 and CloudFront integrations. Because I see that they use s3 and CloudFront in their demo video and the result is very nice.

However, my site is not ready for that configuration yet. So I can ask here or related board when i am ready for that.

let me write here what I figured out.

wordfence > option > Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation?

click it then disable the plugin. This removes all the tables and backup buddy works fine.

I will sleep now, aww my back, aww my eyes. Gosh!

By the way, wordfence is a pretty amazing plugin. I do not have any bad review with it. I just do not use it currently.

Ohh gosh, you guys are here. I also had the same problem today. It was like a disaster to figure out what could cause this issue.

Dear author, please suggest us how to completely clean wordfence tables. I actually do not use it for a long time. But even though i delete the plugin that table still there.
