Currently the plugin can’t do that. It can only display a counter for all your discord servers. But the feature can be worked on in the future.

Thanks for installing this plugin. The issue you stated was due to a bug in the plugin’s script. It has been fixed and a patch has been released. Please update the plugin from your WordPress dashboard to the latest version, and the issue will be resolved.

After you update the plugin, please follow the steps under “Plugin Installation” from here, and the counter will be working fine.
